Dogwoods takes care of my Labrador likes he’s one of their own, very personable and friendly staff always ready to help! I pick daycare and boarding here over friends and family, my pup is always happy and tuckered out when I pick him up, he loves coming here

My pup loves coming here for daycare--she greets all the staff happily every morning and is always in a great mood coming home. Staff clearly love the dogs and treat them well--they even recently let me know they noticed something so I could get it checked out with my vet. Prices are good and the indoor and outdoor dog areas are great, but it's the dog-loving staff that really make this place.

Our doodle was well taken care of during if 3 night stay at Dogwood's. They we're careful to make sure he had his shot records up to date, his personal items accounted for, and dietary restrictions accounted for. They are compassionate and professional people who work there. I definitely recommend them!

I went to pick up my dog and was able to see them grab him from the kennel via the surveillance cam in the lobby. When they opened his door, he jumped up and down and snuggled and was so excited to see the staff member. He was clearly treated well and happy while we were away. Everyone I've interacted with has been so kind and friendly and seems to go the extra mile to make every single dog feel safe, secure and loved. They're also VERY reasonably priced for everything that you get. They're the only facility where I'll board my dog. Can't recommend their services enough.

Staff and puppy care are AMAZING!!! VERY reasonably priced so you can tip the staff a little extra. Lots of loves and play times. They send pics and updates, too! I trust them to love and care for my knucklehead and highly recommend!! Henry loves it!!

I had an incredibly frustrating encounter with this place in September that made us never go back. I made a reservation request through the ginger app for a check in with a note indicating a need to drop off early and pick up late the next day. The reservation request was approved with a generic email. Given this, I called the say before to check on my timing needs. She staffer was wonderful; she cited the note on the reservation request and talked through how to accommodate the early check in. Her only request was to check in as late as possible within my timeframe; I confirmed that I'd see her at 10:15 the following day.Fast forward to check in.I walked into the reception area to check in my pet. I said hello and let the front desk person know who I was checking in. Over the walkie-talkie someone asked whether that was us checking in. The person at the front desk responded with an annoyed "yeah". The person then acknowledged me by asking me whether I knew check-in was at 2pm. I indicated that I'd noted my timing needs on the reservation request AND called the day prior to double check that wasn't going to be an issue, to which they questioned whom I chatted with and responded "interesting". Taken aback by the now obviously purposefully rude behavior, I clarified: "interesting how?"At this point I was incredibly surprised by the lack of professionalism that I was experiencing. I have always been greeted warmly and professionally by staff (no matter the age).They responded with "Interesting as in everyone knows that check-in is at 2pm. Can you come back at 2 pm? No? I'm going to have to charge you for an extra night."Upon clarifying why the charge was going to be necessary, they indicated that it was because they'd have to move dogs around in kennels to accommodate my pet.Upon this complete bait and switch, I indicated that I'd figure out how to take care of my pet and left. It was really clear that:1. They had no interest in problem solving or being proactive, and2. Had no interest in ensuring that previous communication was honored.While the recounting above is condensed, there were other tidbits of the conversation that were laden with condescension. I asked to chat with management about my experience twice via email to understand what steps can be taken in the future to ensure this does not happen to anyone else and received no response.

Dogwoods is the best I took my little Genna a Havanese there for many years. In October of 2022 she became I’ll with a low red blood cell count and was on steroids we got her stabilized. I expressed this to the staff upon on her return after 3 weeks they were so caring and loving of her condition and gave me daily updates on her day. Sadly shortly after her 16th birthday she passed, that was almost 6 weeks ago. I’m on the search for a new puppy to love and can’t wait to see the Dogwoods staff again?

My impression is that dogs are not treated well here. Skirting site regulations for this- I was an employee. Management and staff at the time I was there (I waited awhile to post to not reveal I.D.) are hired despite anger issues and unethical behavior. Dogs are hit, yelled at, dragged by their scruffs, etc. This business is a mess and does not take constructive criticism. wanted to support a small business but this is not one of the good ones, a cute facility can't hide what goes on behind the scenes. unless they flipped 180 in the time I've been gone, I stand by these statement.

My dog loves it here. Staff is kind, caring and obviously loves dogs. The play area is clean and play times seem to be well supervised. It gives me peace of mind to know my dog is happy and cared for here, whether for daycare or boarding.

My dog LOVES coming here. He's a rescue and they welcomed him and give all the dogs the best attention and love. They are all fantastic. Cannot recommend enough!

Incredible staff! My husky absolutely loves going to Dogwoods and I feel very comfortable leaving him for both doggy daycare and boarding. Definitely follow their social media, it’s so great to see your pup having fun during the day. The staff genuinely cares about your dog and you are shown the best customer service. Having worked at a couple dog boarding places before I know how exhausting the job can be and I really appreciate this. I pulled up in front of the building to pick up my dog in the pouring rain and was met with an offer to run out the pupper to me so I didn’t even have to get out of my car. My pup has been going to Dogwoods for about 3 months and has made my life so much easier working such a busy job. Highly, highly recommend!
