“What a nice store with spacious isles and well stocked shelves and racks. There were great discounts on many items and it was nice and comfortable shopping here. I was also pleased that I was warmly welcomed into the store when I first entered. Once I got to the checkout clerk, she was also very calm and polite, I believe her name was Jennifer. Thank you.

“Went in for the usual weekly trip. Saw my favorite cashier, Shadow. Some idiot was causing a scene over her moving one of the grocery dividers away from his lady friend. Honestly it's as if some people were never taught manners, his reaction was way over the top and kind of ruined the relaxing and fun environment that the cashier he yelled at creates.”
“Recently went in looking for a mattress during the 2023 Presidents Day Sale. Great service! Large selection of quality furniture. I even left to check out a different mattress store just to make sure I was making the right decision (since Macy's was the first place we went) & ended up running back to the Macy's Furniture store before they closed because I regretted not getting the mattress from Macy's! The staff was great, even stayed late to help us with our purchase. Sales crew were very helpful but not in that weird, overly aggressive, stalking you around the sales floor like some places can be. Gave us space to get comfortable & make our own decisions but we're available to answer questions & give great, honest advice. We went in there with a specific brand already in mind but ended up purchasing a different mattress based on an employees recommendation & im very happy about it!”

“7/2023 Great store- but like many stores nowadays- they need actual cashiers. Usually there is only two cashiers and about a dozen empty registers. The line for self-checkout is often the length of half the store. I have walked out without my purchases twice. I have done the "order online for pick-up" probably fifteen times in the last few years. It is handy and I've only had a minor issue once. However if everyone does that then they need employee shoppers and not cashiers. But- if the line wasn't so long normally I wouldn't use the online ordering. I appreciate this store and only wish they had more cashiers during peak times (which they can figure out). Thanks!”
