High quality meats from someone who cares and knows about his products. Also went for the dinner service which was a great intimate way to enjoy some of offerings from the store as well. Excellent curated wine service and selection as well. Can’t wait to comeback for another dinner service by Brian

Wonderful lunch menu. Bryan is the man, and he'll hook you up with the goods any day of the week. I really recommend and appreciate this establishment, I hope they stick around because it's a fantastic butcher shop. They even have raw dog food options! Game changer as a butcher shop.
Full service European butcher shop with full counter service for all your culinary needs. Meat counter is open Thursday through Sunday 11am to 6pm . Open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for a six course pre-fix wine dinner. Open Tuesday through Sunday for lunch from 11.30am to 4pm Select Fine wines and beer.
