Dans detailing took on the big project of detailing our Chrysler Pacifica. It was a mess, with moss growing on the wheel-wells and more. They did a fantastic job. The car looked like new. They stayed within the estimate and got done on time. We highly recommend Dans Auto Detailing!

Do not let him touch your RV. Those lines didn't exist before; he destroyed my clear coat on a $250k RV. So mad.. $850 later. He offered to fix it, but I don't think its a good idea to let him near it.

I am in SHOCK at how clean my car is! My car is about 15 years old. I have two small children that had left melted Skittles in the backseat, The ground and dirt was insane, as well as the sticky cup holders.The inside of my car looks like it is a brand new vehicle! I am truly Impressed! Not to mention how kind and respectful Dan is! Very trustworthy personality!Will certainly be using him from now on!

* Pressure Washing Auto DetailingDan came o my home and " Detailed " my car. I paid $175.00 cash plus $50 tip . He spent 3 hours working on it. after he left I looked it over better. It was horrible. I called and asked hm to return and do it correctly. He did. Spent 2 more hours and was angry the entire time. My son called him a few days later and requested he give me my mine back. He refused. Again cash! Stupid me. I told him I was going to write reviews w/ pictures. He said " good good give them before and after pictures". . That isn't hard since the pictures are of what he didn't clean but can't put pictures on sites. Except FB

Dan did an interior detail for two cars. Pretty sure both cars have not been this clean since they were brand new. He did all the things that we never do. He was responsive, professional, and hard working. The convenience of having this done at the house is also very valuable.

I recently purchased a truck that had been serviced by this company. Quite frankly, they did a very shoddy job. There was wax left on the painted surfaces, there was wax on the trim, and the wheels were not cleaned. After several hours of work to remove the wax left on the painted surfaces, removing the wax from the trim areas, re-dressing the trim, and cleaning the wheels, the truck looked like it should have after being serviced by a detailing company.

Unfortunately, our experience with Dan's Detailing wasn't as nice as what a lot of people experienced. I contacted him on FB giving him the details of the vehicles we wanted detailed and received a text reply to my cell phone for $350 for full interior and exterior detail + tax. My husband's initial reaction was that $350 was a little high for the detail, but we were both in agreement that the truck (which is a third vehicle for us, not a primary) had been neglected for some time and really was going to take some work. It had pet hair in it and moss growing on the window seals. It was not going to be an easy job for sure. So, we agreed to the $350 and made arrangements for Dan to come out. When he showed up, he came on time and seemed pleasant and clean. He got to work and spent a good amount of time on our truck. The interior was done well, with the exception of the inside of the windows. When I went to check on him after he had washed the outside of the truck with a power washer, I noticed immediately that the truck had this grey-dirty film all over it. It didn't look clean at all. I pointed it out, to which he replied that he needed some additional product to clean the film that he had not brought it with him. He decided that he would return on Friday or Saturday. He showed back up Saturday and my husband and I needed to accomplish some things out and about since it was his first day off that week. I let him know, so we discussed him taking a card over the phone. When he had finished, I received a call while we were still out-- and at this time, he told us that our grand total was $490, not the $350 that he had originally quoted me. Never during our conversations/visits did he ever state that the total was going to increase. So, I asked him why it increased, and he stated that it was more work than he anticipated. I let him know that it felt like a big bait and switch, but nonetheless my husband paid it. The next morning when we were able to see the truck, we found that the outside of the truck had huge gobs of white cleaning material all over the sidestep of the truck, streaks along the bumpers, cleaner on the door handles. The windows were dirty and appeared to have been missed altogether inside and outside the vehicle. There was still moss in the window seal. The top of the cab appeared to have been missed and there was a giant handprint on the front of the truck hood near the grill. So, once again I wrote and requested that Mr. Dan return and fix the items that had not been cleaned. It was our fault too for not checking the work prior to paying. However, I felt that anyone could have stepped back and notice the truck didn't appear "clean" and so it was my mistake to assume that it would be done to our liking. So, I contacted him again and sent him photos of all of the items that had been missed. He agreed to return, which I appreciate- it shows that he tries to make good on his work and this is the only reason I gave him three stars instead of one or two. When he returned Thursday to fix the items, his demeanor was icy. He also had mailed us back a $100, which arrived two days before he came back to finish his work- it arrived in the mail with no note or explanation/apology--nothing. So, in the end, the job was completed but it had many bumps along the way, which soured our experience. I will not use him again. I'd tell anyone thinking of using him to get his quotes in writing (in the form of a contract) beforehand and I would double check his work prior to paying him.

My 1998 F150 and my 2006 GS300 have not looked this good in years. 5/5 score as there is nothing about Dan's service that I would suggest changing. You won't be disappointed!
