Creative Granite is a family run business and was very good to work with. Adan's excellent customer service made it an easy decision when deciding who I would use to do my kitchen updates. Guillermo, the owner, was the icing on the cake though. He is extremely talented and very easy to work with. The boys came in and demoed all kitchen counters, two vanities and powder room. They replaced all with a beautiful leathered granite called Blue Dunes mountain thunder. I couldn't be happier. Everyone, Guillermo, Adan, Yahssel and the other guys who helped were excellent.

We had a wonderful experience with Creative Granite and Quartz. They installed new quartz countertops in our large kitchen and bath. They were prompt, professional, on budget and the workmanship exceptional. They provided great attention to detail and the finish was beyond our expectations. I had the pleasure of doing business with Creative Granite and Quartz. Every employee treated me with respect and wanted to make sure I was completely happy. It felt like they really cared about my project as if it were their own. They have a large selection to choose from and are priced better than the big box stores. The time it took from start to finish was a lot quicker than I thought it would be. I am super happy that I went with this company. I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them!

Great people, Quality products, and good prices. Would definitely use it again, and look forward to working with them on future projects! Their prices are reasonable and the work was done swiftly in one day. We recently did a complete kitchen remodel and purchased our quartz from Creative Granite & Quartz. I cannot stress the amazing quality, excellent customer service, and price we received. The finished look exceeded our expectations and to this day I’m so happy that we went with them! Highly recommend them for any of your home projects. Adan was AWESOME! Top-notch service and I will definitely be using Adan and his team again. Adan was extremely responsive to every text and question. Would highly recommend it.

Absolutely 5+ stars. Very fast, the best value (thousands less than some weirdly expensive places that are 3-4 weeks out for install), very efficient communication. I got a quote within 20 minutes of my selection (other places took 5 days, not sure why it takes so long to put in dimensions into the program and give you an estimate). Then, it took 1 day from my request for the guys to come in and do a template and now a week later the countertops are in! You know that every minute counts without a kitchen, so they understand and respect that. Now, pictures are louder than words, look at the countertops and the guys who did a great job putting them in!

The team at Creative Granite & Quartz were amazing to work with as we took on the challenge of remodeling our guest bathroom. Yahssel was friendly and knowledgable. She helped us select the right remnant that fit our needs. She sent a quote immediately and answered phone calls promptly. Adan and Jesse did a fabulous job with the template and install work. They did not hesitate to ask us questions about what we wanted in the design cut. Everyone was so thoughtful and kind, and I was so impressed with how smooth this entire process was.

We loved working with this business! They allowed us to take home countertop samples so that we had extra time to make the right choice. They offered generous promotions and added a free sink. They installed within 3 weeks which was amazing, every other quote was months away from install. Jesse, Guillermo and Adan were very friendly, professional and did a fabulous job. I’m very happy with our new stone countertops!

We had Creative Granite & Quartz install new kitchen counter tops and a new shower. The team and quality of their work was exceptional. Martha was professional and patience during the material selection process and Guillermo was one of the most conscientious individuals I have worked with. The team was professional, on time, communicated any changes, treated our home as if it were theirs and cleaned up each day. These are guys are true artisans! Some of the best I’ve ever worked with. I was having a hard time finding someone to assemble/install an antique marble fireplace I had brought over from Europe. It was too complicated of a job for most, but not these guys! They are masters of their craft and did an impeccable job and also left my home spotless afterward. All at a fair cost. Highly recommend them for any stone project! Note: these are pictures before the firebox install. You can see how great of a job they did reinforcing the stone.

After a bad experience with Lowe’s, I decided to go directly to an installer for my kitchen granite countertop and island. Creative Granite and Quartz in Olympia is first rate. I was impressed right off the bat with their openness about pricing and how they charge. There were no surprise extra charges. They explained to me exactly what they were going to do and how much it would cost, and then they followed through promptly and did exactly what they told me they were going to do and did it very well. The only surprise was that they threw in an extra piece of granite shaped for a lazy Susan on my new kitchen Island and did not charge me for it! They were responsive to phone calls and emails and did a superb job of installation. The installers were picky and precise. This is a five-star business that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

We went through a kitchen reno at our cabin in Shelton recently and needed new countertops. After researching price, selection, scheduling and customer service across several stores, it was clear we should go with CG&Q. From sample to installation, everything went smooth.
