I don’t normally leave reviews but capital city Honda is amazing. Darren(spelling might be wrong) helped me with my car and was just hands down amazing. From the clear and consistent communication, to the honesty and integrity he had in what needed to be done and what could wait. The price was beyond fair and just the professionalism is top tier. I HIGHLY recommend them for any service needs!!! Thank you so much for the help and support when I needed it! 10000000/10!!!! I don’t want things to go wrong with my car but thankful to know where I can go. Just absolutely incredible service in a time where it’s not common.

I have had excellent experiences in the service department. They seem to try hard to be as helpful as possible and make it as easy as possible.
On the other hand, sales needs training! If you are a woman good luck getting attention. Also, sales is very hesitant to approach you if you don't look like you can afford to make a purchase.

I recently purchased a new Honda Ridgeline from Capitol City Honda, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Ashley Nielsen was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, guiding us every step of the way with kindness and professionalism. The entire team at Capitol City Honda went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied, even staying late to finalize the deal. As a thoughtful gesture, they also gifted us a beautiful wine set, which was a lovely surprise! I highly recommend Capitol City Honda for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Their exceptional customer service made all the difference!

I went to inquire about manual transmissions for civics.
Was told 3 lies.
Civics with MT were too popular and there was a waiting list -Thats fine and reasonable I suppose.
But then I was told some lies;
Honda wont do trades with other dealerships and wont order.
(I had cash to buy before the order...)
Other dealerships dont do trades with eachother anymore.
And that any online research was invalid and that the closest cars would be Idaho or California.
Unfortunately for this sales rep; I had cash for the order before it wouldve been made. IDK why you would reject such an easy sale.
Mazda down the road traded with a sister dealership and im test driving tomorrow so, they do.
And as far as online research being invalid- aye. Thats why I call dealerships and got direct info. There are Civics with MT (Of the year and model I inquired about) in Tacoma, Fife and Chehalis.
Terrible salesmenship.
Lied 3x in the opening conversation.
Didnt want to make a cash sale.
I strongly recomend people buying cars from Honda go to any other dealership. I walked instantly and have no regrets. Mazda can have my money because they want to make a sale and were honest and forthright sales people.

Our previous service experience while visiting the Olympia, WA area last year was stellar, so we chose to get an oil and filter change at Capitol City Honda Express prior to our drive back home to central California this year. This proved to be a good decision. Bryce was amiable, attentive and efficient in completing the tasks of signing us into the system, directing us to the coffee and donut equipped waiting area, and quickly having our CR-V roadworthy again! I appreciated his attention to detail in discovering that our cabin air filter had apparently become a temporary home to a rodent and I really appreciated Bryce's willingness to allow me to DIY my own replacement in order to save more than just a few bucks. The kind and personalized care that we received is uncommon (at least in my experience) at auto dealerships and I do not take this type of pleasant experience for granted! Thanks Bryce, and thank you Capitol City Honda for staffing your dealership with exceptionally kind and qualified employees!

After over 5 years of dealing with this car dealership, I can confidently say that you should steer clear. We (fully) purchased our vehicle from them years ago and still have not received our title. We continuously called and completed documents to obtain our title, ensuring that they had our updated address yet they still only send our legal title to an address that we haven’t lived at in years. When we brought to their attention that we still have not received our title, cannot drive our car due to the registration expiring quite awhile ago (hence why we’ve been trying for many months to obtain the title to the car we paid fully for), all they responded with is that they can’t “budge” and we’ll have to wait another 6-8 weeks for them to resend the title (that their team failed to send to the given address) therefor, we are again assuming that they’ll send future copies to the address that we lived at years ago. There has been no accountability from management in regard to sending our legal title to an address that we DID NOT provide as we made sure they knew our current address. No one will explain how this happened or share what team member didn’t do their job correctly so they can ensure future customers don’t have this experience. They are a pathetic excuse for a dealership, management and anyone who handles titling details. We have purchased two other vehicles from other dealerships and fortunately those experiences went as anyone would have expected and hoped. Save yourself the time, money and major headache that you get when driving purchasing a vehicle with this failure of a dealership and go give your time and money to a dealership that cares.
Cons of using Capitol City Honda
- Will happily sell you a car just to not give their customers their title. You’ll have to either drive illegally or let your car sit until their staff can understand how to mail a title to a valid address
- Unprofessional management who will not take any accountability for their teams mistake.
- Zero consideration for customers.
- Completely non resourceful staffing who again, do not follow proper procedures otherwise they would have mailed our title to us years or even at least months ago.
- They will not assist you with the fines or rental expenses that they are causing due to their team member and management not mailing our title to us and instead mailed our legal title to someone completely different.
Pros of using Capitol City Honda
- None that come to mind. I’ve never regretted a decision more than deciding to buy a car from this scam of a dealership.

Hi, I wanted to make sure to leave a 5 star review for this dealer, manager, finance, and sales man. I worked with Jason Palmer on a Honda Prologue. I spent all day at the lot with questions and concerns about payment. Jason and the manager did not give up on us and at the end of the day we got our car and love it. I highly recommend visiting them first if you are in the market for a new car. Also if you have to bring kids they were extremely patient with them as well, just that made the experience 10/10.
