They sell counterfeit products. Visited this establishment to purchase Quick Fix Plus 6.3 the latest version. On spectrum labs website I single quick fix is $39.99. The price in this smoke shop was $17.99. I asked why there was such a price difference between the website and there store & guy behind the counter said “well we have very competitive prices.” Seemed odd to me that if it cost them more to buy it then what they are selling it for how are they making money. But I trusted the establishment. In the parking lot I opened to search for the validation batch number. With quick fixes website on my phone. No batch number is located. I got the 3oz and it specifically say batch ID will be on the bottle. There is nothing. When going back into the store to tell them they sold me a counterfeit. The guy just kind of half shrugs his shoulders and I could tell we was holding back a smile. Basically giving away that they are knowing selling fake product. Although they do have some pretty cool water pipes. The only reason I did not give them the lowest review possible. I will never be back here again. And I don’t do business with crooks and that’s what they are doing.

Everytime I go in,there is always someone with a smile ready to help..I've never had an issue or bad experience ..they're knowledgeable about all of their products as well so I learn something new each time ..the glass pieces are gorgeous ,but, expensive in my opinion..I'm spoiled by smoke and beer in that dept lol.you guys freaking rock

My go to shop! This place does a really good job of hiring awesome staff! I recently had a small issue with a purchase that many smoke shops would not have bothered to remediate, but they didn't even bat an eye and took care of me on the spot. I'll be shopping here for many years. This place checks all the boxes that I look for. They appropriately purvey to both vapor/smoke customers as well as glassware/heady customers very well. The employees are always down to chop it up while at the same time being conscious of not holding up customers if there is a line. They have also done a killer job at utilizing the their floorspace and display allocation without it feeling crowded. Straight up good people and good vibes

if you need something on the low, JD has your back. don't walk around waiting until everyone is gone asking about a lollipop like a lowdown dirty /tt//_Just own it. JD and friends will wrap it, stack it, double tape brown bag it. 50 cent charge on that chip if its under 5 so make sure you got them extra coins In the bank

Isn’t review/yelp wonderful! This shop sells empty whip it tanks, they know they are empty and they sell them anyway, the really big ones. If you bring it back and tell them it was empty, they will not make any adjustments. Spread the word.
After the below response from the shop, yes, they sold empty tanks, they explained that it was a problem with the supplier/manufacturer and had numerous complaints. They replaced the tanks or made an adjustment for a while, now they do not do that and they are still selling them.

It's a smoke store, it's a cool place. Owners a cool guy. Some of the people who come in, well let's say, how do I put this lightly.....homeless and drug addicts. Don't blame the owner I'm sure he doesn't like it either. Serving the public you know.

Called your store because I have a disabled client who wanted to buy a carton of complete cigarettes and was told he could not tell me the price. This is stupid and makes no sense. He is new to the area and when I asked to speak to the manager and was told they don't have one and I hung up! Just down right disrespectful way to communicate with the community you "service" to get money I hate companies like this will loose money for nothing. I asked because this person can't walk and does not verbally speak. How else would you all like us to communicate with your staff so he can make purchases. I am his caregiver and I speak for him and often he sends me to make his purchases knowing an exact amount is very helpful in this case as a nurse. So please explain what you would like for us to do.
