Great service! We were under a deadline to get some warranty paint work done on our car, and Kevin went above and beyond for us! The car looks great, and they even fixed another issue for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

This morning, I stopped at Capital Collision for someone to look at my back hatch on my 2011 Tahoe that was malfunctioning. A technician came out and looked at it and fixed it. It was an easy fix (loose screws) and they didn't charge me. Super friendly staff. Thanks Capital Collision! Made my day.

Kyleigh and her team at Capital Collision Center successfully rescued a project that another shop had difficulty completing. She kept me updated at every stage, and they completed the task beautifully and promptly. I highly recommend them.

The phone lady isn't very nice. Since you can't guarantee keeping my vehicle locked up I'm really accident on bringing my talk over there for you to do my insurance repair. My truck is the kind that gets stolen really frequently and I just can't take that risk right now.

The place used to be good but not anymore. I recently had my Toyota Highlander fixed here & I got it back with more issues than when I turned it in. When they drove my vehicle up by the door during pick up, I immediately noticed the hood was crooked, and they didn't replace the wheel which was scraped/scratched as part of the accident (they said they would replace it but didn’t). The manager told us to bring the vehicle back so they can fix it and reassemble the front bumper and make the hood straight as well as order a wheel. We dropped off our vehicle & a day later picked up and our tire lost air driving from Capital Collision to our home which is about 5-6 minutes away. I called the manager to let her know but she acted like it was caused by them but we just literally got our vehicle back from them, and when we turned it in, it had no issues with the tires. We took it to Les Schwab & got a report that there was a nail in the tire… A NAIL! Possibility that it was a nail at their shop (Capital Collision) that pierced through my tire because there is no way I drove from their shop 5-6 minutes to my home & got a nail in my tire… there were no road constructions & it is a route I take to & from work as well and never had any issues, plus, I noticed right away when I picked up my vehicle that my mileage was so low and the tire light came on. I kept making this argument but the manager was not helpful & continued to say they didn’t cause it but who did? They had our vehicle in their shop for 2 plus weeks and the day I got it back it started having issues with tire going flat. I gave it to them fine, no issues with the tires.I would not recommend this place… no longer going to do business with them. They used to be good when Jeff was the manager, now they have a different manager who doesn’t care about quality work anymore and make broken promises.
