Great experience at Boss Auto Repair for a transmission fluid change and a Millercat shield install, fluid & shield supplied by myself. I called the night before for an estimate, came in at 8am sharp as agreed and was given a 3 hour wait time (sensible, there were other cars scheduled for service), so I settled in to wait for my ride home, which could pick me up in an hour. So I was pleasantly surprised when the team fit me into their schedule and finished the job in 1.5 hours, fast enough for me to drive away in my own car! I was charged exactly as estimated, for an hour of labor and the standard cost for a transmission fluid change. Definitely won't hesitate to call again.

Superb service! Boss has been able to get me in for a tire repair faster than the local tire places. We've taken our older vehicle there for repairs and tune ups and have been very satisfied with the service! It's a place I feel like I can go and not be taken advantage of with frivolous repairs.

Dropped my car off cause it was knocking it was the timming belt, the cost was great, and they got it done faster than expected. The staff was very nice and handled my issue in a timely manner. They have my business now. I will never go back to Volkswagen of olympia.

I broke down right in front of Boss Auto repair. They repaired my transmission as promised in a timely manner. All work comes with a 12 month warranty.

This is the worst Auto repair shop I have ever seen.I referred there to fix the minor issues of my car, not only did they charge me too much just for repairing the wheel desk, also they replaced the spark plugs wrongly, and had a missing fire eventually I spent a lot of money to fix those.

My car was worked on by a back yard mechanic who did not have a clue how to work on cars, and left it in worse shape then before, I dropped my car off with these guys and they checked it out and fixed everything the same day. Cost was reasonable and the staff was very kinda. I had the best experience with these guys and no longer have anxiety about taken my car in for repair. Good job guys !!!

So I took my car here because I was having fuel related issues on my bmw. Was told I had a bad fuel pump and fried wires and that after they got the parts would only be 3 hours or so of labor. Two and a half weeks later I am called and told to come get my car payed them $1400 of my hard earned money just for my car to be more screwed up then when I brought it in. So now after loosing $1400 I am going to have to take more time off of work and loose more money to try and have it actually fixed. Not only will my car only let me fill it up to a half tank my fuel gauge sensor doesn't work now and they also lied to me and said I must of had someone else work on it and they messed it up witch is completely false DONT GO HERE

Staff was very informative and helpful over the phone and in person. Got my car fixed up. However because work was done my car radio went into anti theft mode. I brought it in again and got the problem resolved without an extra charge due to their warranty. Very happy with their service.
