I truly enjoy big lots. There are a lot of well priced finds and at least the Big Lots on Westside Oly has been 90% good customer service.

Austin was very helpful during our shopping trip here. My friend found a beautiful sage green recliner that fits beautifully with her other living room furniture.

Be careful of the slanted dock area. It's very slippery due to mold. Dock person will sign you in as to the time they start unloading you, not the actual delivery time.

I didn't see any "OMG, GOTTA HAVE IT" deals. But it's a nice alternative place to shop with an uncrowded environment

Very disappointed. They raised the price of the furniture from last October just so they could put it on sale at the previous price. The recliner I liked was $399. In October they raised the price, then put a sale sign on it for $399. That's not a sale.
