I have been a BOA customer for little over 7 years, great banking services. The only complaint is they have less and less locations to access to. Aberdeen, Shelton, Centralia locations have all been closed throughout the years, making my banking needs very hard to meet. I might have to switch to another bank in Grays Harbor area for easy access. I love BOA, but I can't always drive 45mins to have access to an ATM for deposit.

Two bank tellers at their windows. I am next in line waiting for a bank teller. No other bank tellers and the branch is empty inside. Second bank teller sees me and leaves her booth. She says someone will be with you, and never came back. The first bank teller is still having a long conversation with a customer, which has nothing to do with banking. Both are laughing and don’t have a care in the world about wasting my time. Finally, that customer leaves, I make a deposit but the bank teller apparently needs receipt paper from the window next to his. Before going to the next window to get receipt paper, he looks at me and then locks his money drawer. He goes to the next window and gets print out paper. Must have taken five seconds in total. Looks at me again and then unlocks his money drawer. Seriously, what is the matter with Bank of America employees? They always act disrespectfully. Not that I would EVER do such a thing, but this sums up how I was treated "Like I can magically reduce my body size, fit under that tiny bank teller window, take all the money, and do so with him looking at me the entire time within five seconds." I hate going to Bank of America branches. They treat customers like distrustful criminals, especially when customers are there for their own money. Really ridiculous!

Tried to stop a transfer I made on line because I found out that the account I transfer money to no longer exists..I was on the phone for 1 hour and 45 min...and then was told it would take up to 45 days to confirm that the account no longer exists...really? Why not just call the bank I made the transfer to and ask if that account still exists ?I asked, if the account doesn't exist wouldn't the bank get a message saying no such account exists? They didn't know...They said someone else could have gotten that account number...REALLY!..

I was unable to get a live customer service agent using the so-called priority platinum member service phone number because it couldn't understand me saying, "yes" at the prompt for customer serivce and HUNG UP ON ME. So, I called the local branch four times and they do not answer the phone, do not provide a voicemail or transfer to someone else, and will HUNG UP ON ME again when I dialed 0 in an attempt to get a human. They do not offer all services online so they need to answer the phone when you have an issue, especially with their system making mistakes with my money. I cannot do what I need to do on the website because the bank does not offer that option, so I need to speak to a human. If this bank is "too big" then you have enough well-paid employees to provide minimal customer service, but hanging up on customers is unacceptable. We're in an inflation, where competitor banks want people to switch from BofA and are providing incentives to do it. Where's my incentive to stay? Your so-called perks and bonuses don't pay out as promised and you don't answer the phone when I ask you to make it right. If you only want bad customers who lie, cheat, steal, and overdraft, then just say so, the good people of the world will go someplace else.It appears Susan responded, but there's no way to respond to her. I would like an actual way to contact the actual business, I'm not interested in your social media games. I don't have Twitter or Facebook Messenger. Why are you only utilizing certain social media? Why aren't you making yourselves available to everyone?

This branch was nice one day and a something else the next time I tried cashing a check there which was written to me.. 1st time was very pleasant 2nd time not so much. Never would I join their bank

Amanda is the worst. This branch is the worst. They wouldn't verify funds for deposits DESPITE the fact that the funds were written on BofA paper, AND we have deposited MANY checks from this source over the last several years. The westside branch is amazing, but they were aghast at down town's actions. These actions were avoidable and a different resolution could've been done...however Amanda lied and said the actions couldn't be done (westside branch and national 800# said she could've done those actions). The actions of this branch and Amanda specifically have caused several local families not to be able to buy groceries this week...so thanks.

Sloooooooooooooooow, every single time! Three staff working, but only one teller. Two others in the lobby to do check deposits, 5 people in line for cash transactions.....so 2 staff stood there for 20 minutes doing nothing.

I just opened a business account with Brandon at the Downtown Olympia branch. I truly have never had a better banking experience in 11 years of being a business owner. I have always had anxiety walking into banks and because of Brandon I walk in with ease. He has already taken it upon himself to go above and beyond to help me in an auditing situation (which most know how stressful this can be)... Thank you Brandon and please don't ever leave, I'm a customer for life.

The absolute worst bank EVER. Let our account get hacked for hundreds of thousands of dollars, constantly charged twice anywhere we go, constant overdraft fees for just a few pennies, account will be placed on hold after verifying payments multiple times and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. No wonder they had to be bailed out by the government. They absolutely SUCK in so many ways. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT THERE. You will regret it once they start stealing your $ and giving the stupidest reasons for doing so.
