If you are transported through Paratransit, call ASM directly for any issues. They get fixed faster that way.
I've been riding with them off and on for 4+ years through paratransit for medical and therapy appointments.

Came to pick me up 2 hours early on Monday of that week and courtesy of Washington State paratransit rules refused to carry either my backpack of items I need for dialysis or my walker to the bottom of my 3 flights of 7 stairs stairwell I was thinking of negotiating with a bone contusion in my left leg that made walking down stairs nearly impossible. Sasquatch looking driver was visibly annoyed with having to wait for a passenger unready after being woken 2 hours before his usual waking time to be hygienic enough to take a ride expected to arrive at 4PM, there at 12:55 PM , because of a rare shared ride situation. Sasquatch called the dispatch and abandoned me to go pick up the next passenger, and by the time I finished brushing teeth and washing up, my ride to dialysis had abandoned me.Fortunately, Horizon was sent on Wednesday of the week, at the usual 4 PM arrival and wasn't so rule bound as to NOT carry down my equipment and wheelchair while my walking abilities only declined. I made it to dialysis that day thanks to Horizon not excessively earlybirding me and giving me adequate time to be clean dressed and in the van.American doesn't ALWAYS send rude intransigent drivers, but they sure did THAT day.

Have reported this company to DSHS and the State of WA. Do not use this service at all. Ombudsman and State of WA has also been notified of foul practices with this transportation provider ?

I love this company! I've been attending a treatment facility out of my local area several years and without them none of it would be possible. Special thanks to drivers Darrel, Rachel, Pete, and Of course disbatch Roger who is always there when I call.

I really appreciate this company! I get picked up by them 5 or 6 days a week to get to my methadone clinic. I live in the middle of nowhere and am in the process of getting my license back so I would be screwed without them. Rodger is always really helpful when I call and Mark and Solomon are two of my favorite drivers that I have had!

This company is great! They are very helpful, courteous and remain professional while dealing with the unexpected things in life like traffic delays and vehicle breakdowns. The office staff and drivers both go above and beyond by informing me of any delays while also trying their hardest to not have to adjust my pick-up/drop-off times too much. I don't envy them when it comes to trying to keep their schedules straight while dealing with road closures, accidents by other commuters, and vehicle maintenance all at the same time.

Was behind van #66 from highway entrance (Wallace kneeland Blvd shelton) driver was all over highway crossing lines even into oncoming traffic. Crossed lines and almost hit oncoming metro bus and multiple other vehicles. Speed also was all over going from 55-70+ mph. I called company at 11:50 to report #66 for EXTREAMLY DANGEROUS driving. Then I got the heck off highway as this driver is driving in a way that kills people. Hope they get this driver off the road before he hits and kills someone.

I was cut off from the owner/driver of this company by our local hospital. I called the number posted and got the driver on the phone. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he said he was the only one I could speak with and said, "yes, that was me who cut you off". I only hope he wasn't on a transport. Awful driving and should not be transporting people. Absolutely disgraceful.

This morning 3/14/19 at approximately 0612 I almost got tagged by Medicar #08 because the driver failed to 1)stop at the stop sign on northbound NE West Kingston Rd at SR 104 and 2) look left and yield to me who had the right of way as I travelled eastbound on SR 104. This driver endangered me who was riding an electric scooter and whatever disabled passengers they may have had on board. Clearly the driver was in a rush as they were trying to make the 0625 ferry sailing out of Kingston. Let me be clear, the driver made NO attempt to stop at this intersection.
