mike the owner is top notch. He goes above and beyond to make things right. His communication is 2nd to none. If you have something of value and you want it to be safe this is the place to keep it. Wouldn’t keep my property anywhere else. I have contracted with the BBB for 10 years and this place is above all others. Thanks mike !

Prices were good at first but then raised the price by $40 a month, when asked why they said "property tax". I don't know how that could equate to an extra $40 a month per person....

Very happy and feel safe leaving my house (trailer) at this storage place. .If you have to leave message...they get right back to youThank you MikeChecked in yesterday seems like a great place. They did hold a reservation for 24 hrs so i could rent a space.Thanks american boat and rv

Best understanding people yet. For some reason my bank doesn't play nice with their system but they have bent over backwards for me for other forms of payment and I appreciate everything they have done so far. Hopefully I can get my bank to play nice so these fine folks don't have to keep bending over backwards over me. Thank you all so much.

Reasonable rates and 24hr access... convenient location and easy in and out with the RV. No cell service in the storage lot FYI, but that doesn’t usually matter.

We had the good fortune to find this gem to house our FEDEX truck when we are not on tour. The facility is beautifully maintained and Toni is so very helpful. We love the security. We would definitely recommend American Boat and Storage.

Say you have two trailers that are 40ft in total length combined. They will not allow you to rent 50 foot of space. They require you to rent a space for every item individually. Rip off alert. Double and sometimes even triple the price for halve the needed space. Their response '" there are plenty of other rental companies around". Thanks Tony, you are absolutely correct.
