I live in Tucson, Az and am here is Lacey helping to take care of my In-Laws. Understand, that I was a certified caregiver and home health aid for memory care. I have a medical background and enough experience to know what I'm looking for in a home health company. My Dad has progressive dementia and Mom has been his primary caregiver for the last 5 years. They are both in their early 80s. We decided as a family that is was time to get things set up so that Mom and Dad both had the help they needed when I have to be home in Tucson. (I will be living in both places until our parents pass.) I interviewed 9 companies in Thurston county either in person or over the phone. I did research on every company on my list, read reviews, checked with the local BBB and spoke to countless health care professionals about recommendations and experiences. I have always researched companies before I hire them no matter what I'm looking for. Need the roof worked on, the dishwasher, a landscaper? I'm the one who starts with a list of 10 companies, researches, shortens the list, gets 5 quotes, researches some more and AFTER I've done all that I will choose who I hire. In the case of home health care, I did way more research and spent a LOT more time than I usually do. How could I not? We are talking about people coming into the home and helping to take care of my parents. Yes, they are my husband's parents and I'm just the daughter-in-law. However, these amazing wonderful people are my heart. I love and care for them more deeply than I do the people who "raised" me. I include all this information in this review so that you understand just how important it was to me to find the right company to hire. You can look at other reviews that I have written and also know that I am not afraid to call it like I see it. I will leave a bad review if it's bad. Without ANY DOUBT at all, I can tell you that Above Home Health is wonderful! They are an amazing company who listens and actually COMMUNICATES with everyone involved on your care team. They CARE! This is not just another client for them or another patient that they can make money from. About Home Health has gone above and beyond ANY standards to make sure that my family has exactly what they need. They have worked with us, with our long term care insurance, with other medical professionals (physical therapy, doctors, upcoming surgeries) and they have NEVER made me or my Mom feel like we were a bother. Not ONCE have they never taken the time to talk on the phone, return a message or to just listen. I have been AMAZED at the level of dedication Above Home Health has for home health care. I have yet to meet ANYONE from Above Home Health that has not exceeded my expectations. I figured that it would take at least a month to find the right people for Dad. Above Home Health found the right people for Dad and for Mom the first WEEK! They treat us like part of the family, they treat my parents like family and the caregivers are top notch. I HIGHLY recommend choosing Above Home Health if you are looking for home health services. I have done the research, the interviews and more research. I give you my word that you will not find better than Above Home Health and I can promise you that you won't be disappointed or taken advantage of. This company is by far the best one and I have trusted them with the care of 2 people that I would lay my life down for if needed. For me, that is the highest recommendation I can offer. Above Home Health is the company that I would choose EVERY SINGLE TIME to take care of the people I love and care about most in this world. Thank you Above Home Health for being awesome! I know that we (myself and my family) are 100% happy and grateful that we hired you guys for our home health needs. I can't thank you enough for being perfect for us!

My experience with ABOVE Health Care has been very helpful and very good. Yes, we had some issues at first but, they fixed them fast and to my satisfaction. Natalia is honest and hardworking. The CNAs and the RN at Above Home health who have taken care of my health needs are extremely competent and gifted caregivers, and their support allows me to deal with the health care challenges I must deal with so I can continue to do the work I love to do. Each one of them is apatient, kind, and supportive person, and they are able to engage in interesting and informative conversations that makes the medical procedures that I must do on a daily basis easier to bear.The staff at Above Home are professional, and it is a pleasure to be surrounded with people who give their patients outstanding care. I feel relieved to have each person who has cared for me available to meet my needs.

All of the caretakers were very kind and professional. Ms Rubel was outstanding! As a retired health card worker myself, I would recommend ABOVE to anyone in need.
