I've been here twice now for my husbands uniform. The first time we just needed his uniform pressed as We've been struggling with getting it pressed correctly and just needed a new guide lol! We had some pretty bad double creases in the pant legs that we didn't think would come out but they got them out! We were really impressed with how good it turned out. However, when I was getting his uniform set out for work I noticed huge stains in a couple of his shirts and a pair of pants, I know those stains weren't there before I dropped them off because I checked them all before taking them to make sure they didn't have to be re washed. I brought the items back and explained what happened and asked if they could get whatever it was out and they said they would have to be dry cleaned, no problem as long as they could get it out. When I went to pick up the uniforms, I had to pay for the dry cleaning.. to get out the stain they created.. I was a little annoyed about that since I had already paid $40 for the pressing and now had to pay $15 for the dry cleaning.. They did a good job on everything and had it ready the same day so I'll probably continue to take his uniforms there but I was definitely disappointed with that aspect.

I had a shirt for a work conference altered here. I had walked to a few locations requesting a quote. One place was kinda snooty and quoted me $85 to have my shirt taken in. I walked into Howard's and the girls were so nice and quoted me only $19 to have my shirt taken in. When I came to pick it up a week later, the counter girl remembered who I was and I had a hand written note from the seamstress describing some executive decisions she had made due to the shirt's material and if I have any issues to please bring it back. The shirt didn't hang perfect and they would probably fix it for me no questions asked (also in their defense, I had about a mile of fabric taken off and they still matched the patterns together), but I am more than satisfied with the price and the customer service I received. I will definitely be back.

Great customer service. I never consider going anywhere else for my dry cleaning. The staff are super-friendly and their work is excellent.

Not overjoyed. Prices are steeper than I expected, but seemed OK otherwise when I took in some work clothes to be cleaned. Unfortunately, took a coat in to be cleaned, and it came out smelling bad enough that I was being followed by a homeless person--they may need to recycle their cleaner a time or ten fewer. Alterations have been shabby. Items returned with loose buttons. I'll find somewhere else.

Great dry cleaners who did a great job on my clothes. A little more expensive than I was expecting. I'd go back if I ever needed dry cleaning in the future.

This is by far the best drycleaner in Olympia. They do excellent work and always on time. It's also more affordable than the others. My shirts are clean and never shrunk. Suits look great. The people who work here are always very friendly.

Awesome service, with regards to both friendliness and quality of the job. People are genuine. Convenient location/parking. I've never had a rush job but their work has always been ready in a timely manner for us.

My partner needed her vest altered for our wedding. They did a GREAT job and didn't bat an eye at a woman wearing a man's vest. The attention to detail was fantastic. Their seamstress is obviously very good. In conversation, she has been doing clothes for a long time. She was very fun to talk to! A hip Oly girl, that has a Ramones-like fashion sense. Bring anything you need altered here - you will be happy.

I'm glad to see Howard back in the Dry Cleaning business, when I needed a Dry Cleaning business I use Howard's Prestige Cleaners. Also he has gone organic, looking out for the environment, I really appreciate that!

Five stars, mainly for the random pictures of Peewee Herman posted throughout the store in amusing ways. The service is always friendly and they do a good job with alterations. No complaints here. BTW, this must be the one dry cleaners left in the country that is not run by Koreans. OMG!

I've been going to Howard's since it was originally "Howard's" and continued even when he sold it and his other cleaners, plus his name. Now it's Howard's Prestige Cleaners and to me it's still Howard's. I've never had anything lost in the 30 years I've been going there and my laundry has been done professionally all the time and the staff are great.

They do a very fine job, reasonable hours, good location, friendly. But the real reason I frequent this is establishment is that the guy at the counter is hot. Best looking dry cleaner in the south sound - by a long shot.
