Cash only. Food is average. When asked why cash only they said they don't want to deal with debit cards. And pointed me to their cash machine. That they fill and keep the transaction fees. Anyone doing a cash only business and stocking their own cash machine has something to hide because it's not about customer service at that point. I recommend going down the street to either Porthole or Copalis Cove. Both accept cards....like most business.

Cash only is something I am used to. Paying tax on top of the beer price is not. When you say its 4.00 a beer, then come back and say its 4.40, is not expected. The locals seem pleased with the place. It does not have much personality and the decor is minimal. Burger is decent and filling.

Cash only? $3.25 fee at the ATM because they choose not to accept debit cards. Poor business decision. Such a great place ruined!

Visited on around 5 PM on a Thursday in November. Place was packed. On a Thursday. In November. In Ocean Shores. This is very good news!!* Location: Perfect location on the north end of the tourist retail area on Point Brown, across the street from the ice cream shop & go karts.* Interior/decor - Neat, clean, bright. Wrap around bar seating, counters at the window, a few tables, two dart boards, jukebox and ATM.* Service - We were greeted when we walked in, found three seats at the bar (all tables were full). The person behind the bar gave us menus, asked for our drink orders and reminded it was cash only.* Food - limited menu (see photos). We had burgers w/chips (thick cut curly fries). Really good, fairly priced. I had the Harbor Bar + cheese & bacon, other two peeps had the mushroom burger. 5/5 napkins all around.* Drink - 4 beers on tap. Large selection of canned beers under ice.* Price - Fair & reasonable. $14 for bacon cheese burger + fries, $6'ish for a pint of beer. Cash only. There's an ATM on premise.Ocean Shores needed a place like this. Good food, fair prices (lower than average I think). Zero disrespect to the other burger & beer places in town. More options = more business = more visitors = WIN! The owners are transplants who had a business near Astoria, OR. They saw an opportunity here in Ocean Shores and thank goodness for that! The lone downside is they're cash only. But if you read this review then you know it's cash only and won't be surprised.

This is a nice addition to the limited selection of restaurants in Ocean Shores. Cash only, though.

Wonderful 21+ bar and grill for Ocean Shores. Welcoming and knowledgeable staff, great food, good music, sports on the tv, and friendly locals. Will return again…and again ?

Nice bar and location. Good friendly service but they are cash only. Yes there is an ATM but it costs. Poor selection of beers with no stouts or porters. We tendered some positive feedback which wasn't well received. Several folks commented that the bar food was good

Perfect addition to Ocean Shores! Harbor Bar is a brand new start up cocktail and food venue here in Ocean Shores, located right in the middle of the Point Brown business area. There is parking in front and additional parking in the back, just off of Minard St. There is a nice outdoor seating area as well on the Minard side of the building. The atmosphere is upbeat and the decor is clean and pleasant. My wife and I are dive bar enthusiasts, but also love fine dining. The first thing I would do before coming here is to hit your cash machine, because this is currently a "cash only" business. They do have an ATM on the premises, but it costs $3.50 to use. This was our second visit, so we were prepared! The pricing is considerably cheaper than other comparable venues, with the Bacon Bleu Cheese burger coming in at $14. The other pubs and restaurants in town price their burgers at around 18 to 19 dollars and to be honest are not as good. I am a Bacon Bleu Burger fan of the highest degree and the Harbor Bar version is my new favorite. The patty is not over handled like a couple of the other places, but rather perfectly formed, tender, moist and delicious! The Bleu cheese is the high end crumbled variety and the bacon is perfect! There was no lettuce or tomato provided, but red onions and pickles were on the side. Perfect for me! The bun was steamed and buttered... but had a nice crispy finish. Every component was perfect. It came with house fries, which were crispy, well seasoned and tender in the middle! I loved them!! I got to meet the owner/chef, Mike, and he was a great guy who cares about the food he is delivering to his patrons. The menu is small, but packed with pub favorites! The service was good and the place was busy!! There are a lot of locals hanging out, which is a great sign! They kept the music at a good, enjoyable level and it was nice, because there are speakers built in to the walls everywhere. You can still have a conversation easily or enjoy your favorite song. There were a lot of happy people here when we visited!
