My husband passed away and the general manager let his parents into the storage unit so they can wipe it out clean leaving me with nothing they got everything from my wedding, to my kids pictures, to Christmas decorations, clothes ,furniturr pictures of me and my husband, for things for my high school you know when I was upset and the police showed up she said that she told me that I was not allowed on property which was a lie and then then she had the audacity to say that she was going to have me arrested so I would I would say do not rent there, I talked to a lady today and the same thing happened to her this woman is a thief.

As my husband lays dying in the hospital, I'm on a mad dash to get our things out of storage so we can get it bacķto set up our new home, so my husband can come home to die comfortable at home and she comes down and tells us we have 15 minutes, we asked her to please allow us to get the rest of our things out and she said"ÑO"! NOW MY HUSBAND CANT COME HOME BECAUSE Marie says no! We might be interrupting her bon bons and a pre-recorded Soap opera! She is evil and Ì will boycott those storages and yelp her job at the mini storages in no where town Ocean Park,Washington! Go stuff your mouth full òf brownies Marie! No heart, evil woman!!!

Do not have any kind of hardship and hope they will work with you. Customer since before 2012 and would not recommend to anyone with current management.

Not a lot available but they're pretty good about working with you and letting you know when they have something. They have storage pods, as well. That's what I ended up going with in the long run. Convenient having the pod in your driveway instead of having to find someone with a truck and making a day/or way more out of sorting your stuff.

I rent 2 of the portable storage pods. I've had them for about a year and they work great. Pay my monthly fees over the phone and the owners are always very nice when I speak with them.
