purchased a $140 pillow from them and I hate it. Having to fight with them to get a refund via dispute. If you're going to charge this kind of money you're gonna need to have an easy return policy. I think I might have liked it if it had more wool but seriously it's like 3 inches thick. I would have even been fine paying more if it was going to be something I loved. My ultimate goal was to purchase a few wool comforters from them but thought i'd test out their products before I spent $1000. Glad I didn't go all in with them.

Holy Lamb epitomizes all anyone could want for modern, conscious, quality shopping. Exeptional product quality, customer care, sustainable business practices are what I have experienced with every purchase, over many years. There is i peccable attention to detail in product preparation and even down to shipping; the packaging quality is outstanding, down to the neatly taped box corners! I wish that the experience I have with ordering bedding from Holy Lamb was a standard but instead it is in the top 1% for quality. The products I have ordered include 3 pillows, 3 bed toppers, a comforter and a matress cover. Always 100% satisfied. Thank you, Holy Lamb! Proud to support this Made in USA company (and thank you to Hannah who made the pillow I just purchased - love it!

We entered the Olympia store hoping to find a dream bed made of sustainable, organic materials. We discussed our needs, explaining that we had ongoing back pain, and could not have firm mattresses. We agreed to place an order for a soft-medium mattress, and ordered a pad, and an adjustable frame. We were really excited. Our order was delivered, the customer service was fantastic. The person who made our bed delivered it. However, our mattress and/or pad has been way to hard to sleep on, and the store does not offer an option to deal with this order mix-up. Even more important, the frame is malfunctioning, and the store is having issues obtaining a warranty on the frame. I don't know if I will ever order a bed "made to order" again....I have read the post below, and we are excited that the store is willing to assist us, as we are only two weeks into our new purchase. We have heard from Reverie, who said we should go through you, since you were the direct seller of the frame. Sounds like we are both getting the run-around from that company. Let's talk more in-store.Update: We visited the Olympia store to talk in person about the adjustable base and the issues with the mattress and pad. We were welcomed by Kim, Valerie and the owner, Jason. All three were wonderful to deal with. We explained our research on the products, and how we hoped to find a solution that worked for everyone. They were reasonable and accommodating. We agreed to have our mattress upgraded to the 8-inch (we had purchased the 6.5 inch) which we agree is a better option for those with back issues. As for the Reverie adjustable base, unfortunately, all of us are waiting to hear from that company. Hopefully, that will be resolved as well. We do believe Holy Lamb Organics is doing everything they can to address our concerns, which we have reported within the 30 day window.

After some health concerns, we decided to become more conscious of the products we come in contact with. This company far exceeded my expectations in both customer service and product quality. We have purchased pillows, a mattress, and linens. It feels wonderful to know that we are using safe products in our home and also support sustainable farming and small business owners.

UPDATE:My first purchase 3 or so years ago was great. When it was time to purchase a new topper and pillows, I decided to go with Holy Lamb again. Unfortunately, there was a very strong odor that wouldn’t come out after almost two weeks of airing out and using a light vinegar & water spray. Holy Lamb did offer a full refund and even had what appeared to be employees pick up the items from my place at no cost. Bummed it didn’t work out but I also understand things happen.

Expensive, but worth it. Very high quality wool bedding. My topper makes me feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. The wool topper is great in both summer and winter, because the wool regulates the temperature.

After sleeping on an uncomfortable mattress in a combat zone for several months, I stumbled across Holy Lamb Organics while researching options for a more restorative sleep experience. I was thrilled to discover that their products were not only organic and natural, the lambs from whom wool was sheared were humanely treated. My journey to a better mattress and bedding meandered from the horrifying photos of ducks after their feathers had been plucked to finding a company whose practices aligned with my values. And to top it off, the caliber of products appeared outstanding. I purchased a wool topper in 2011; one night of sleeping on that, I was convinced. I just received my wool protection pad; my only regret is that I didn’t purchase it sooner. Holy Lamb Organics’ products are amazing, and their customer service is excellent. Thank you for the best night’s sleep!

This company has taken advantage of a global pandemic to screw me out of almost $900.00 for a mattress topper we returned that was of poor quality in my opinion and I just did not like it. We took it out of the box and laid it on a brand new mattress we received then covered it with a mattress cover to see if it would keep it in place. It did not and after only 2 or 3 hours we removed it and boxed it up. When they received it they said it had fibers on it and that was the reason for not giving the refund then it quickly changed to it being because it had been over 30 days.They showed no compassion or understanding. They are wolfs in sheep clothing. Left with no refund and no product. Mind you, we had to chase them for a return label and did get it to UPS in time. What UPS does we have no control of. especially during these times. Shame on the. Please do not purchase from this company during this COVID-19 dilemma. Should you have to return the item and there be a delay YOU will be the one screwed. Shame on them. Absolutely wicked customer service. They replied to my wife post and them her review magically disappeared to God knows where on the thread of reviews. What a horrible company.

I don’t know why it’s not showing my original review, but basically I bought the expensive king luxury mattress topper and took it out of its packaging to see if I like it. (How else am I supposed to know if I like it or not?) well, I didn’t like it AT ALL- it felt like a cheap comforter I just bought at target and threw on top of my bed. so I sent it back at my expense. And then they said they can’t accept the return because I had opened it. So now I’m stuck with a 1k mistake. Be very cautious before buying from these guys!

I wanted to make sure I wouldn't react to Holy Lamb's wool before investing in a mattress so I ordered some of the lamb's wool scraps off the site. Not only was I not allergic, but the scraps made the BEST insoles for my boots, soft and WARM!!!

I so wanted to love their products & support green & local. However, I'm writing this as a cautionary tale because these products are expensive. I purchased the sateen sheet set & the Topanga bedding topper blanket in May of 2019. I liked the color & feel of the blanket in particular. I wasn't convinced about the softness of the sheets because the softness varied among the different colored sheet sets I touched but I was told the sheets get softer with each washing. ( FYI: I wash with organic products with the warm setting on my LG top loading washer. I dry on medium. ) The sheets actually came out with an increase of scratchiness on my skin. My skin is sensitive & needs soft textures. Plus, I'm afraid to wash the blanket because it's been shedding threads at the bottom ends. There was also a small mat of threads underneath the cover so I question their quality assurance on products. I don't expect these kind of issues after spending close to $600 for 2 bedding products. Would you ? I called to inquire about the return/ exchange of sheets & learned there isn't one unless it's unused sheets! Not helpful at all. So heed this cautionary tale before you fork over your money. These issues may not bother you as they did for me!
