This is one of the cleanest, most secure storage sites I’ve ever used. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable, and I had absolutely no issue renting with them for nearly a year. I highly recommend them if you’re in Whidbey Island looking for a place to store your belongings.

Todd is a nice guy; however, be very careful, there are no refunds. Todd was going to let me use a spot along the fence to store my RV for a few weeks but one of our friends ended up letting us store the RV at their lot for free. I did not use the service, called to cancel before my start time and did not cost the company anything, no real spot was reserved that would cause the business to lose revenue. Got financially burnt a bit twice here, will not be returning or recommending. When I called to cancel my spot prior to the start of service I was told no refunds, this is bad business.

I started with a $120 a month rental and they raised it ten here and ten there and right before I got out they sent a notification they were raising it to $160. They regularly raise prices on you and you have no lock in agreement of the price you originally agreed on. They just send a notification they are raising it. I feel bad for the people who have such a full unit and no options. Fair warning

Friendly staff but I was helping a friend move stuff from her storage which would flood on heavy rains. The ones closest to the main gate are the ones that flooded. You can tell they are trying to address this issue.
