This is the second week I have had to get a prescription here for my husband. Elizabeth went out of her way to help me for the pharmacy that the prescription was called into did not have the product. We transferred it last week and had to go through some hoops today to get a refill. Exceptional service and so helpful! You feel like someone really cares and they are very busy but does not change how kind and helpful pharmacy staff is. Thank you!

Missing common items and clearance items are always a stop and wait for manager to show up as they wont ring up.

The staff seems to be set up for failure. They obviously have far more customers than they can handle and their training lags the technology.Every time I go there's a line so the staff works constantly - like a factory assembly line. We must be kind to overworked employees because I'm sure they get many frustrated, rude customers. It's a stressful work environment, employee turnover must be high.Walgreens has a pharmacy app and a vaccination website, both easy to navigate. But the pharmacy staff seems to have minimal training on how to use the incoming data. For instance, the vaccination site allows patients to complete forms online prior to their visit. Wonderful! But the staff can't access them so one has to repeat the entire process, manually filling out the forms, wasting everyone's time. It appears that the staff only uses the system for scheduling vaccinations. The actual administration of the vaccines by staffers is excellent. They just don't have the time or resources to learn systems that could eventually reduce their excessive workload. The Walgreens pharmacy app is fine - but again there's little evidence that the staff sufficiently comprehends the system. My routine prescription was inexplicably cancelled and the staff couldn't explain why. After an hour phone call with my insurance provider, we figured out that the overwhelmed Walgreens pharmacies can't investigate problems. So they cancel orders without notifying patients. We discovered that each overworked store operates in isolation. They refer to the online pharmacy as an entirely different "distribution system", as if the meds come from Mars. Customers wouldn't know that unless they have an hour to spare with (someone competent at) their insurance company.I can pay for prescriptions using the app, again speeding up the process, but often the staff seems bewildered when I mention it's prepaid. Another Martian transaction! Not all Walgreens stores are overwhelmed, but this one obviously suffers from long-term management neglect. It must be a fantastically profitable store so the company surely has the resources to address issues.Meanwhile do yourself, and especially the workers, a favor - go elsewhere for prescriptions.

The absolute worst pharmacy, you can never get ahold of a person to talk to. It's like they dont even try to answer the phones. Wait times are insanely long.

The pharmacy here is very good: good consultation on interactions of over the counter medications. Full inventory of cold and allergy medications ( unlike Safeway across the street.) helpful staff on insurance paperwork !! And lots of Covid tests and covid / flu shots. A clean , well organized store !

I had a prescription that was sent to Walgreens early in the afternoon and went there in the evening. The lady who helped me was not friendly at all. She needed me to spell my last name 3 times and gave the impression she was irritated about being there with her tone of voice. She said they didn't receive the prescription. I went home and called the provider the next day in the morning and let them know what happened. Went back to Walgreens in the afternoon and I had the same lady with the same irritable tone. She said they still didn't receive the prescription. I offered to call the provider so we could resolve over the phone and then she told me to leave because she had other people to help. I would give 0 stars if I could.

They try but they are understaffed and don't hold regular prescriptions that another Walgreens would have.

Made an appointment online and even showed screenshot of completed appointment but they wouldn't give me my Covid test. Walgreens clearly has glitches in their system.

Gave them 2 hrs to prepare my prescription, and when I got to the window I waited about 30 min. They finally came to see what I needed and my prescription was still not ready. Super slow.

Literally 3 separate times today I was on hold waiting for the pharmacy, first time 30 minutes & I was like screw this.. I'll call back, probably busy around 3 PM... then again around 4 PM I was waiting for 45 minutes to talk to pharmacy. Got mad & hungup.... Ok well around 7 PM when I was sure they couldn't be that busy so late, I had my phone on hold for over an HOUR.... still no f****** answer
