Hunter at the Oak Harbor Verizon storepatiently worked w me through several hours to adding a new cell phone & plan.I was not an easy customer.He had to work through passwords & terms & new procedures!Verizon is indeed fortunate to have such a bright & capable young man who can accommodate a senior dinosaur.I couldn’t ask for better service!I am happy w the Verizon products he recommended.L Richards

Highly recommended to use this store. Hunter is extremly professional, courteous and intelligent. He is patient to make sure you understand all aspects of what you are purchasing. Highly recommend and I will definitely be returning.

They have become the worst phone service, no wonder they are the worst they over three days still could not set me up and still billed me. Their recording or answering machine is equally bad.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Gibson at the Verizon store. He went above and beyond what I would have expected with respect to customer service. I came in to replace a cracked camera cover for my phone. While I was watching him repair my phone, I asked him a question about something to do with my new job and my home computer. Much to my surprise, Mr Gibson not only answered my question, he walked me stepwise through the entire process while using his computer as an example. Then he wrote down the instructions/information on a card so that I wouldn’t forget them.He took his time with me, and really made sure that I understood what he was saying. And he also fixed my phone- it’s absolutely perfect.Great customer service is why I’ll becoming back to this Verizon Store.

Outstanding customer service. We needed to change carriers and walked into this store. We were met with a professional and knowledgeable team led by Carter. We could not have had a better experience. Carter spent the time to find the plan that would best fit our needs. He was thorough and meticulous in his work. He patiently walked us through each step in setting up our new service. He knows his stuff! It’s a pleasure to work with a business that cares about the individual customer. Kudos to Carter, Nathaniel and Hunter. Thanks for a great experience.

Excellent customer service, Kaylin impressed me with her quick and very professional responses to all of my questions. I have always gone to this store with all my Verizon needs as opposed to the other store in town. It feels far more inviting and personal. Kaylin quickly replaced my Simcard with zero issues. Her can do attitude and efficiency should be noted. Also side note. Carter has done an excellent job in training her. Hats off to both of you-Denon
