I went to get a mushroom embroidered on the back of some jeans and get a patch in the front put on because I work with puppy's and they love chewing strings. I described what I wanted to the shop owner which was, "a small mushroom on the back pocket and a patch on the front leg to be placed so that it could cover the hole and not be a distraction to the puppy's I work with." Not only did the pocket on the back with the mushroom get sewn shut but the mushroom was huge. As well as the front patch being done so poorly that the fabric was still hanging off the pants. When I talked to the owner she said she was sorry but didn't offer to fix them. Then she recommended I should have gone to an embroider to fix them. Is that not what this business is? Also she said she did embroidery as her specialty. I am devastated because of how hard it is for me to find jeans that fit and now mine look awful and I'll have to pay someone else to fix them!

You just can't beat this place. Tina is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they have hats in stock to save you having to order one yourself and at a better price than online vendors. Seriously, if you need something embroidered, need stickers or anything in those lanes go here. You won't regret it.
