“I went to a UPS Store East of this one. When I got there at 8:50, they were closed even though they said they open at 8:30. I waited 30 minutes and no one showed.I had to be in Oak Harbor anyway, so I decided to just use this Store. I’m so glad that I did! They were nice, helpful, efficient…such a nice change from the other one where you’re made to believe they are doing you a favor.”
