I contacted Roppo on a Monday afternoon and asked if they could complete two personalized plaques and have them in the mail for arrival at my residence by the following Friday. The representative was very helpful, explained the manufacturing process and ensured arrival of my order by the following Friday, if not earlier. Thursday afternoon, I received the two plaques, both beautifully done! The products and the delivery time were well beyond my expectations. If I could give ten stars I would.

I needed some Unit Identification Markers (Ship's Strips) for a shadow box I am building. I found Roppo's and ordered some. After a few weeks, I checked the status of my order using the link from the confirmation email and discovered it was pending. I inquired by email and was informed "Please note this notice from my home page: "Please note: We will be closed 23 July - 5 Aug 2021." " I'm not sure why that notice could not have been added to the "Check Order Status" reply. But, I was promised it would not be long - a few days. I let it go another few weeks, and asked again. This time I received the following: "Your order was complete and ready to ship on 8/23/21. I was unable to process the payment information you submitted with you order. I emailed an invoice explaining the same and offered some additional payment options. After a couple day with no response, I canceled the order. I still have the finished rockers sitting here. I just resent the invoice, if you would like to proceed, please use one of the options included with the invoice to submit your payment and these are ready and will ship as soon as payment is received." I never received an email with an invoice. he says it was sent using an automated system and that system must have messed up the email address. I quickly contacted him using the email string we had established, paid via PayPal and he shipped the UIMs (which look good). During the order process, I had given email and phone number. I double checked and both were correct I had also contacted them several times via email. Yet, they couldn't locate me to tell me there was a problem? Their product is good. Their communications is lousy.
