Been using rite aid pharmacy for a long time, went in with a script at about 4pm on February 22nd, it was a script for one pill and it did not have my home address on it so I was told she could not fill never had this problem before, went and did my business elsewhere.

Love the front of the store staff but the pharmacy is AWFUL. I was told it was a 30 min wait for my meds and got a text they were ready an hour later only to get here and be told I have to wait another 30 min. The tech was not kind and argued with me over the text being old when it was within minutes.

The new manager of the pharmacy is rude. I ordered my prescription three hours ago. I come in, and I am told it’s not ready yet? They need to educate their staff better. I wasted my time going there on my lunch break, for goodness sakes.
