Will was amazing! I was on Whidbey Island with my mom that was in town from Denver. I got a flat tire and was told by other tire shops that it was not repairable. After talking to Will, he was able patch my tire until I got back to the Seattle side. He went above and beyond and was so helpful and nice! He was a lifesaver!

The place is awesome all around , the customer service is almost too good. I went to get tires replaced on my truck , the poor mechanic assisting me had to stop and answer the phone about 15 times to deal with lazy rude dumb locals asking questions that …. Listen I’m a local . But America has become very demanding . Sad . Precision tire y’all are awesome !!!! Sorry you have to deal with spoiled idiots on a daily basis !!! . If I have to suggest one thing , work with the customers who are physically there first over people too lazy to come drive to see you and ask ridiculous questions over the phone . It was wild to watch . I would have hung up on a majority.

Took my truck in to have the cooling system "flushed." I provided the coolant. Paid $150. Got home and radiator was leaking. While replacing radiator I noticed dirty coolant in water pump. Called shop ask if they flushed system, I was told, "We don't have any way to do that."

Customer service was excellent. Got me in when I needed and went above and beyond! They were replacing tires, noticed the tps was having issues and replaced the sensors for just the cost of parts!

My experience was not great. Over four hours labor (at $110 per hour). I requested both wheel hubs to be done and was quoted 2.5 hours to complete both wheel hubs, but only completed one wheel hub in four hours. I provided all the parts needed except the lugnuts they charged me for that THE MECHANIC BROKE attaching the lugnuts to the the hub pulling tool. I understand there were issues with the install of breaking the hub loose but charged me all that time, charged me for parts they broke (lugnuts) then rushed to finish the job. It was explained that The tech “… didn’t read the notes…” and didn’t replace the old worn and rusted parts with new parts (ex. caliper bolts and rotors) that I provided. Those parts were already taken off so there was no extra work involved on their part other than opening the box and getting the rotors or taking the caliper bolts out if the plastic bag. They got $497 out of me to do one wheel hub and pay for lugnuts they broke, but that’s the last time I ill go there and give them more money. I guess they didn’t get their cut on providing the overpriced parts for me and working the cost of them into the invoice for parts but they got me in other ways. I know this is an island and things may be more difficult to get, but I will find somewhere else to go in the future. I guess at least they fixed the only problem I had, and put it back together, I guess.

I had to laugh at the customer rep as I walked out the door.I went in to see if I could get my TMPS sensors reprogrammed as I am moving my snow tires onto my car and need the sensors to be recognized as my car dose not store excess codes. I asked how much they would charge as I was willing to pay into the local economy, but the answer I got was comical at best. The customer rep told me he could not do it as his programming tool was proprietary and would not work on my sensors.First, how do you know what sensors I have? Second, TPMSs work on two different freqs 315 and 433 Mhz, depending on the car; his programming tool should be able to handle any sensor presented. This guy telling me this non-sense lets me know that I want nothing to do with a tire shop that does not know basic facts about the TPMS or, he was trying to scam me into buying his "proprietary" sensors so his programmer "would work". Another option is he just didn't want my measly work; fine just say so and I will leave. Now, I will never consider this place for any work around a car.
