This place is fantastic! We were camping close by at fort ebey and I needed an adjustment to my trailer hitch. I didn’t have the tools on hand so pulled up google and came across this place. Took the short drive in and they fixed me up right away! Everyone was polite and professional and they didn’t even charge me. Would highly recommend this place.

We had a great experience working with Pioneer Automotive Services over the last few weeks. They treated us very well as customers and got my wife's 2005 grand caravan running like new, which is a feat! Tucker was always fantastic at explaining what they were seeing and making recommendations, and when we got a bad caliper out of the box they ordered a second replacement and did the work to reinstall it a second time for free.

Our first trip to Pioneer was to resolve a grinding noise in our rotors (never a good sign!) it was just a rock & they didn't even charge me! Our second visit was to give an oil change & look over before a road trip to Alaska. The price was less than expected and they even washed our truck!! Their office dog (behind the counter) is sweet & the Pioneer staff all around are kind & welcoming. Best auto service I've ever received.

We were passing through on our way out of state and needed an oil change. Pioneer was able to squeeze us in and were beautifully friendly and accommodating. The cost was shockingly lower than expected.
We will get service no where else in the tristate area.

I use Pioneer Automotive for all of my vehicles. (my daily driver, my classic autos and my travel rig) This time it was my 2011 Silverado 2500HD truck W/ camper. They always bring it up to top notch when I want to travel cross country for a few months. I can't say enough about this company. They are Awesome!!!

Working through adversity.
Have used Pioneer for years from oil changes to repairs. Always quality work for reasonable prices. My recent visit on 4/16 could have been interrupted because of a power outage, but they shuffled things around and managed to do everything that didn't require power to keep on schedule. Extra effort like that is rare these days and did not go unnoticed. Thanks.

I thought this place was good but, I had a scheduled recalibration today. I called to see when I could bring it in and, was told they would not do it for me. It was not because the couldn't, They wouldn't. Something by law I must have done and they waited until today to tell me. Nice. No it wasn't. Luckly Car Toys. In Burlington did it for me without a hit problem. . Better think about this choice. If Car toys could not have done it today it would have locked me out costing me another $85. Not cool to do to anybody. Proper complaints with proper agencies will be contacted.

My car was locked in park finally tow truck driver got it in gear. But took it right over to pioneer automotive. I called them they told me to bring it over they didn't have a opening till the 19th but they would try to work it in. So dropped it off after closing 14th by noon next day they diagnosed it. They ordered the part and by 3 I had my sweet suv back. They were very reasonable on charge. And like the old fashioned pride in your garage service they washed it and vacuumed it. Love the customer centered service what a great place to bring your vehicles. Meg
