Ronnie and his staff have always been great and patient. Ronnie will go out of his way to make sure he educate his small businesses about how to prepare for taxes. He will guide you on what to look for and what can and cannot be claimed. Highly recommend Ronnie and his crew!

Do not use this company. I had paid consulting sessions set up with them and on three occasions, they either didn't show up or cancelled at the last minute. It would be very risky to trust your tax planning and preparation to a company and team that cannot have the professionalism to manage their meeting and show up for appointments that were on the calendar. I found many other professional and eager tax planning and tax prep services locally who are ready to deliver professional and caring customer care.

This company has serious issues. They cannot keep appointments and cancel at the last minute. I've given them three attempts and each time, they have cancelled minutes before the meeting .... or not shown up. These appointments were for paid tax preparation. Find any other company that can focus on customer care and be professional.

Do not waste your time. I engaged this company for a paid session for Tax Planning. On three occasions, they either did not show up or cancelled at the last minute. There is no way anyone should trust their tax prep and planning to this company as they cannot even have the professionalism to show up for long scheduled appointments. I found many other local tax prep services that that are both professional and eager to provide customer care

extremely pricey! My accountant would say she would be finished in two weeks and over a month and a half later I have to threaten to do my taxes myself for her to finish. Also, due to life circumstances, I should have done more research, but she filed taxes for my kids when she shouldn't have. Now I get to amend those. I was told it would cost one price then when I went to pick up my forms, they charged me an extra $200. i complained, was informed to pay the original cost to only be harassed by them for not paying the extra 200. Now I don't even think they sent my 2020 taxes in to the IRS. Thanks a lot Pacific Grace.

Mandy was great, but due to the military she had to relocate. Please do not use this place until they have a back up plan when family emergencies occur. You might want to ask about it. Prayers their family gets healing. But they need to have a back up plan for when these things happen. It took 3x longer than it usually does (when Mandy did it). We tried to be understanding due to the family emergency but we needed our taxes done. My daughter was charged more than previous years even though it was the same work. No discount for the long delay. When we called to ask about a discount for the long delay they told my daughter she could get a discount. It's been 3 months and no refund for the discount or call. The refund was sent by mail without verifying my daughters address. 20k by mail!!! Who does that in 2019, we are in an electronic day and age. We moved but they didn't care. They weren't interested in who we were, we were just another number. Thank goodness the mail was forwarded and we got the check. But seriously, with that much money you don't call your customer. No courtesy call even though they took sooo long to finish our taxes. Why because we were just a number we were not a human or they would have known we moved. We tried to have empathy for their family emergencies and allowed a task that takes less than one month to do and gave them 3 months to finish. But did they give us ANY COURTESY? A phone call? A discount ? ZERO. And thinking well they have a lot on their plate I'll leave a message. 3 months later still crickets. They got paid they don't care. Please, go somewhere else. Use Jones Accounting. we were there before with Mandy. We wish we returned when she Moved.

Pacific Grace was highly recommended to me for our constant growing Motorsports business in the greater Seattle area several years ago. I have been blown away ever since then. We have over 200 dealers worldwide as well as as processing online retail sales all over the world. Pacific Grace processes our payroll, submits multi-state taxes both monthly & quarterly as well as filing our federal taxes. Their professionalism goes beyond what most businesses offer. Their knowledge of all the state and federal tax guidelines is incredible! They also treat you like family. Ronnie and his staff are always willing to lend an ear and hear what you have to say and offer great tax advice without charging you a nickel & dime for every moment of their time. Cannot imagine trusting any other accounting firm with our business! If I could rate 10 stars, I would.

My husband and I have been a client of Kathy Jolly's since and before she was the owner of Pacific Grace Tax and Accounting. She has always taken time to answer all our questions and has saved us money through the years . She is thorough and knowledgeable. We are both self employed and it nice to have someone we can count on to call for our tax questions. It is a pleasure walking into the office. The staff are helpful and welcoming. We have been using Pacific Grace Tax & Accounting since 2015, and have been very happy with their services! We came to Ronnie in need of help due to a unique tax situation. Something we could not easily handle with online self-filing tools. Ronnie got us squared away and we found it extremely easy and worth while. As a result, we have had him complete our taxes every year since. Thank you for all of your hard work and excellent customer service!

We became clients of Ronnie and Pacific Grace several years ago when our tax status became more complicated than we felt comfortable handling with TurboTax. The previous year we had used H&R Block, but they made a fairly large mistake that cost us quite a bit of money.

I “DO NOT†recommend Pacific Grace Tax and Accounting, the customer service there is subpar at best. There are better accounting offices here locally that will go above and beyond to assist your needs and don't charge you $45 dollars just to make a copy of your past tax returns. NW Bookkeeping Services LLC was amazing to deal with and Dale Offret CPA out of Coupeville very customer service based in anything you need and they don't charge you for copies if you need them. If you are looking for a great Tax accounting service stay away from Pacific Grace!

Since taking over a successful business a couple years ago, we have been lucky to have the best professional guidance, advice and support from our accountant Ronnie! His staff is wonderful and we consider ourselves lucky to be working with him!
