I have had a unit here over a year. Interactions have always been positive until this week. We cleared our storage unit the 14th, let manager know we had moved everything out, there was no lock on it so she would not be concerned. Claudia stated I needed to give 10 days notice before "I just get up and do what I want and empty the unit, it also needs to be cleaned or no deposit back". I returned the following day, yesterday and my gate access had been denied, even though I am paid through the end of the month and gave verbal notice 17 days before next payment was due. I called today, she informed me I "abandoned the unit" there would be no return of deposit neither would my monthly payment be prorated. I made it clear that I would be back to clean the unit. However the following morning she cleaned the unit and denied my access. This is an unacceptable way to conduct business. My deposit should be returned and month prorated since they have taken my $ for October but have denied me access. Will not be recommending this place to other Navy families.
