Poor experience. Gate frequently open on weekends due to being broken. One employee made disparaging comments about another tenant. I had to rent a different unit due to this employee and the owners lack of disclosure.

Read there saying can't be pick will I have to find another storage unit because I have been late i guessbthey don't understand what everyone is coming out of so they want to lose people and money I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE PERIOD.

When I moved out of my storage unit I cleaned it. Thoroughly. They claimed it was dirty (this was an outright lie) and kept my money.

Kept storage unit almost 15 years. Owners of storage company are jacking rates to match Seattle at record pace - 25% rate increase this year after years of steady increases - Seriously. Requested smaller unit - 4 months before rate increase to start - repeatedly asked & told none of that size available. Finally one came available - less than 10 days before end of month. Told by their not so friendly office manager that to switch units - I'd have to first pay new larger deposit, plus pay pro-rated for remaining days in month - plus next month's rent for new unit - (ok) PLUS pay next month's rent in full for current unit we were vacating because -- I was switching with less than 10 days notice. Did not matter that unit had only just come available - did not matter that I'd requested move 4 months prior, did not matter that I'd been a good customer. The current office manager lets you know that she could not care less. We moved to a newer facility across town, better prices, newer, drier storage units, with less insects and a way nicer manager.

Poor communication with long term customers. Had a unit since 2007. Bad experience to end a 11 year relationship. Paid on time at the beginning of the month each time. Tried to close my unit, provided written notice and got two different policies that contradicted each other. Lost money. Word of advice: demand copies of everything, names, dates and signatures. Get everything in writing to a T!

I tried renting a unit from them. I communicated that I would be coming from Burlington and most likely wouldn't be there until close to closing, she said someone would be there waiting for me. The doors were locked when I got there. They listed that the office closed at 6. Got there at 5:50 like I communicated and knocked, no one answered. Sat in my car looking for ANY other units still open and the lady left the office locked the door and left..... So she was there when I knocked, before closing and ignored me.... Nice.

Its pretty awesome. Its a gated storage unit right next to the gate for the navy base so you don't have to worry about there being a meth lab in the storage unit next to yours, and it's affordable.

Had a storage unit with payments made each month over a decade. Tried to close it. Gave written notice. Told would be prorated if out by certain date. Did that. Met deadline. Advised when unit was clean that refund would be a bit of a wait. After waiting for a few weeks, followed up and was told not enough notice was given. No refund. Good service if you plan to never close the unit. Unit itself was fine. Kept things safe. Gated. Just after a decade of use, this goes to prove that one should have copies of everything.
