I'm visiting WA and wanted to see if this on-site location could support my need for today. However, the number they provide is to the 1800 service line. This is not helpful if I want to know if you're able to help.
Btw the 1800 number is a 2hr wait and no option for contacting a branch location.

Can't stand this place. Arrogant employees and sub par customer service. Lousy ATMs, always crashing. I wish we could return to Wells Fargo! But with banks closing, not a cure all.

The bank is not capable of supporting a business with their unique needs. Even applying for the account took multiple attempts online with the help of the bank staff. The bank Dawn only offered excuses and no follow up. Terribly frustrating time.

Went in today to set an account for my husband and Bonnie was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She truly went above and beyond for us and I can’t thank her enough.

As a bank, I have zero complaints. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the services provided are excellent.As a Credit Union, you might as well look elsewhere. My husband and I applied for a Debt Consolidation Loan. We had more than double the amount requested in the loan in collateral and were denied due to having "too low of a credit score". What do you think the loan was for? What is the point in calling yourself a Credit Union if you aren't going to help people fix their credit scores? Dismal.

My teller yesterday, (don’t remember her name) but she was very rude. Little to no words exchanged, refused to speak up when she did talk & sat my money on her side of the counter in a pile. I didn’t touch it waiting for her to count it & hand it to me & got a look from her like “get it I’m done”. Wasn’t offered an envelope or nothing & I had a couple of hundred dollars on had.
