The Navy Exchange Main on Whidbey Island is a large, single-floor store with a great selection of products. It is a traditional family destination for shopping trips and finding presents, often offering better deals than other retailers. Not a Uniform Shop. Other than that, it's pretty decent. The majority of the outfits for females are geared towards little ones and older generations, not much for in-between. Still alot better, and it's only one floor and pretty big from the inside here on Whidbey Island
