“AUSTRIA GRACEY met me at the door with a welcoming smile! She asked me if I needed help and I let her know I was in the market for a more substantial phone cell phone case. I had an older model phone with a limited protection case and I dropped it resulting in a shattered back. I had received a replacement phone and was looking for better protection for it. My phone was old enough that the case I was looking for was not carried at the store. Ms. Gracie could have let me walk out the door but she said 4 words “ buy a new phone”. Once we got through the details of how that would be possible I let her know I would think about it. The next day my husband and I were back at the store purchasing new phones. Ms. Gracie was amazingly detailed and thorough when answering our questions. Ms. Gracie is a outstanding representative for Verizon.”
