Walk in...the lights are off, no staff in the main store, pharmacist and pharmacy staff ignore you. Stay away.

Other major pharmacies in Oak Harbor wouldn't provide a walk in flu shot. They required an appointment which was 2 weeks out. The pharmacist at Island Drug, though incredibly busy, made time. Granted, I had to wait a half hour, but she didn’t send me away and was wonderful to talk with.

Pharmacists and their Techs work so hard everywhere. Can't fault these. But Island Drug just seems kind of like a poorly maintained mausoleum. Landscaping is knee deep in weeds, Many windows inside and out have residue of tape gum from signs they made. Fingerprints.....Doesn't give me confidence.
