“Always helpful, friendly service! Great prices! All around great place to buy feed, supplies etc.. Anything you would find at your local feed store, and so much more! I prefer it to the Wal-Mart's and other pet supply stores for my pet supplies as well! Also have a great return policy. Unlike Wal-Mart and Petco. I got a flea collar at Petco that made my kitty sick and Petco of Oak Harbor would not let me return it! I also got a box of Ol' Roy brand peanut butter biscuits for our dog at the Wal-Mart in Oak Harbor, and the biscuits were burnt! The gal at customer service at that Wal-Mart basically told me "so what" they're for a dog! Ummmm! Excuse me!!!!! Now, let me tell you how great theTractor Supply store is, from a very personal experience! I was on my way to an appointment because I was sick. Right before I got to my appointment I had an accident. Not a car accident, but an accident inside my car! Know what I mean.. Well, I happened to be right by our Tractor Supply store. The woman there helped me get what I needed to clean myself up in the bathroom, but my jeans were not wearable to my appointment. The woman working that day had some jeans on sale due to a discontinuation. Usually, something that's not returnable. An all sales are final thing. However, all the jeans were 2 sizes too big for me, but wearable to my appointment. Need I say more. I wore the jeans to my appointment, took them home and washed them and was allowed to return them the next month when I came back into town... Now that's going above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you TS! You were definately my hero's that day! Sincerely, one of your biggest fans and patron for life. TG”

“I've never had a bad experience with this store. Of course you get what you pay for and some items are better than others. But this review is about the store, not the products! Great customer service here, always greeted when walking in, and always asked if I need help. These people know how to keep customers for sure!”

“I went to this location to purchase a barbecue, and the customer service I received was PHENOMENAL. It was very difficult to load into my car, and Gabriel, Dominic, and John went above and beyond to help me get it loaded. They noticed a wasp nest in my car, and the manager (I think their name was Tess) also went above and beyond to help me buy wasp spray. Tess then helped me and my special needs son back to the car and taught us how to use the wasp spray. I cannot say enough about the level of service I received at this Home Depot. I was blown away by their support. Thank you, Home Depot team!”

“I just got the BEST service from one of your staff. I forgot to get his name, but he's about 45-50 years old, salt and pepper hair at the Oak Harbor Store. He saw I had mobility issues and walked the store with me to assist, then he took me to the nearest register to my car and afterwards walked me out to the car with my purchases. Very helpful, very personable. Such a joy. He's a credit to your store.”

“The happiest place on earth. My favorite part about hardware stores is that I see something new and/or learn something every time I'm in there. But the last time I was in there was by far my best experience yet. I had royally screwed myself stripping the head of a screw and thanks to YouTube I needed a stripped screw tool thingy. There are so many options. Luckily a fella came around and asked me if I needed help. I desperately did. Not only did he help me pick which one to get, he told me how to use it AND offered extra tips that YouTube did not mention. Saved me because I was on a time crunch. My other half was going to be home any time and he would have been displeased to find a screw in such a state. But thanks to friendly home Depot guy (don't remember his name ?) my fella was none the wiser. ?
