They don't like to sell anything they have to lift. Even when offered help or to do it myself they refused to sell the item. The manager waddled from her office just to tell me "it wasn't going to happen tonight". I tried to explain I had been to 3 different stores in total now and none of them had it except for this store. My trip of 2 hrs stretching 3 counties was all for not. This store needs to figure out how to staff with people who can lift the items or enough people that they can do a proper team lift. All in all a terrible experience and I will not visit this store ever again! Would give negative stars if I could for the mere fact I tried to leave and the manager had to get the last word which ended in me getting pissy.

I enjoy that they have tools even other hardware and tool places don't have I can always count on harbor freight to have what I need

I've never had a bad experience with this store. Of course you get what you pay for and some items are better than others. But this review is about the store, not the products! Great customer service here, always greeted when walking in, and always asked if I need help. These people know how to keep customers for sure!

Reasonable tools at budget prices . Bar clamps perfectly good for example at one third the price of home Depot
