Habitat for Humanity envisions a world where everyone has a decent, affordable place to call home. Habitat partner families work alongside staff and volunteers to help build their home, which they then purchase with an affordable mortgage. Total monthly housing costs for our partner families are no more than 30% of their gross monthly income. By providing affordable homeownership, Habitat positions homeowners to improve their family's long term financial success.
