Went in wanting a regular boys cut for my son. We asked for Terri as we saw Terri in Burlington once before and she was great but said she was usually in OH, but she wasn't working that day. The person who did the cut seemed to understand what our son wanted when we explained and showed pictures. The cut was bad and when my husband pointed out the choppiness and asked her to blend it more, it got worse. I blocked my son's face, but he was in tears and hated the uneven, choppy haircut he was given.

Took my kid in for a haircut asking for a simple fade and a #2 up top and they left my boy all patchy some hair short some long with no fade. Worst experience from a barber shop we ever had and the tough part was that it was $20 of hard earned money for the service. The vibe was they clearly had one experienced barber and one that needs to go back to school to learn the basics of pride in their work. I can't believe that this was acceptable.

Been here four times each time with someone different and only once was I happy with my haircut. Today I received the worst butchering of my life. My haircut is very simple and I explained very clearly what I wanted which was also available in my clip notes…I did not want bald patches and uneven lines. If you’re feeling brave you might get lucky and get the one stylist who knows what they’re doing but it’s not worth the risk! Go anywhere else. I hear the haircuts in prison are decent-definitely can’t be worse than what you would get here.
