“My mom(who is a tourist) and I visited Whidbey health walk-in Clinic for her to get prescription for her maintenance meds. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed with the level of service. The reception staff greeted us warmly, answered our questions and concerns in an excellent manner and checked us in within minutes. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and organized. The clinic seemed well-maintained and up-to-date.When it was my mom’s turn, the medical assistant who took her vitals was exceptionally kind and professional. Dr. Jeffrey Carroll attended to her shortly afterward. He was attentive and thorough, taking the time to listen to my mom’s explanation and concerns. We also appreciate the clear instructions to get my mom’s medications. The whole experience was seamless.Overall, our experience with the clinic is great. I have depended on Whidbey Primary Care Oak Harbor for the past 10 years -- They have been immediately responsive to my care needs by either by phone calls or leaving a message - to my Dr. - on my health portal. They have offered several care alternatives if I cannot be seen immediately.Any tests, referrals for additional services were executed the same day and within 48 hours someone reached out for scheduling. There has not been a problem in continuity in over 8 years with RX prescriptions or refills.Every person I interacted with in the office was more than polite and informative.
