While the gas can be pricey and the location a little shady looking, their prices on other items are lower. The store is also super secure, and if they don't have something, they will get it for you.

This place is a little shady looking, but the cashiers are always super friendly. They have the things I want, so I go there. Their prices are also lower than others on items I go there for. Gas there is pretty pricey.

You have to pre-pay in the store before pumping, but this station is one of a handful of stations in Washington that has 93 octane gas. My high-compression engine likes it very much.
