I have used Mark on several occasions and as always the result are perfect. I took my wifes subaru in for a parking lot hit and some other repairs to the passenger side of car. Looks good as new. Thanks Mark and crew.

If you are looking to get your car or panel repainted I don’t recommend this place. My car’s quarter panel is not even blended close to the original paint of the door and rear bumper under the sunlight. The inside of my car has shoe prints all over they didn’t even bother cleaning it. Other panels and windows has several compound and polish dust that dried so i had to clean it and buff it myself.?? My garage has a better lighting than the shop so i saw multiple errors that they didn’t even notice.

I have unfortunately had several accidents over my driving career (none at fault thankfully). I always get multiple quotes around town, but for every repair I've ended up at Central. The staff are very friendly, responds quickly/professionally, have a decent turnaround (without sacrificing quality) considering all the other vehicles being worked on as well. I hope I never need body work again but will always call Central if in need! They have fixed rear bumper damage for me on a Malibu, entire side swipe from a hit-n-run on a Chevy Impala, and also recently fixed up a door-ding impression on a Mercedes CLS. Super professional staff and excellent quality of work! I always got compliments on the paint job they did on one of my vehicles. Thanks again!

I was rear ended. They fixed my car beautifully. Great communication and staff was awesome. My great dane is in my car a lot. So when I picked up my car, and it was clean, I was so surprised. They deserve 5 stars just for getting all of the dog slobber off of my windows! Thank you!

They were very courteous and gave me an appointment for an estimate at a reasonable time.

I called this place within a few days of being rear-ended in early June and booked an appointment for the first week of July. Before they scheduled me, they looked at the appraisal and said the numbers were good enough for them and they’d work with me and my insurance company. They also knew the car was a non-driver and would be a tow-in.My car was towed in as scheduled a month later. Two weeks pass and I call to check in. I wasn’t expecting much progress, but was hoping to get a rough time estimate. The girl I spoke with, the same one who helped me book my appointment and approved the appraisal, was super helpful and told me that my car had been looked at, parts were ordered, and it would be about a 12-14 day repair. She also told me they would call me once the parts arrive. Two more weeks go by, no call, and I’m stressed because my husband comes home from deployment soon and we’d have to share one car while we both work full-time jobs. I call for another update on a Thursday and speak with someone new. I say which car is mine and she put me on a long hold then says, “we’ll have to call you back tomorrow.” She weirdly seemed to know when I mentioned which car is mine that she would have to break bad news. She did call me back the next day and said their office manager, who I had been speaking to, is no longer working for them and then asked what I was “promised” because they don’t work with any other insurance company for tow-ins besides State Farm, which I didn’t have. I repeated that parts were ordered, the estimated repair time, and that my insurance company had been approved by the business. In fact, my appraisal had been sent to the owner’s email address. She said that my car hasn’t even been looked at, parts weren’t ordered, and they aren’t even sure it’s repairable. I emphasized that my car had been there for over a month, so how has nobody even looked at it? She said tow-ins are low priority for them. To wait a month just to be told I was lied to and that my car was low priority to them sucks. I respect that they’re a small local business, but regardless it is not great practice to waste someone’s time then justify it by telling your customers whose cars are in the worst shape that they’re low priority at their business. I would have never called them.It also felt dishonest that she tried to throw their former employee under the bus for allegedly breaching a business-wide policy regarding insurance and accept zero responsibility for how poorly the case was being handled by the whole business. It is hard to believe that the office manager alone approved the intake. Not only was my appraisal sent to the owner’s email address, but when I called for updates the owner was consulted about the status of my car. There was no desire to do right by the situation. The attitude was overall very stand offish. They said they’d give me a call back on Monday, which never came. I called later that week and they said they were likely totaling my car. Then, my car was not only officially totaled, but their estimate was $10k higher than the original appraisal. Maybe that was inevitable, but I could have known that much sooner. Again, if I had known months prior that my car would sit for so long and that they don’t work with my insurance company, I would not have set myself back 2-3 months. Seemed like they wanted to gain storage fees from insurance. When I went in to get my things from my car, I saw that they all work within inches of each other in the office. So, it again felt dishonest to accuse their former office manager of going rogue and say ownership had no knowledge of the intake of my car. I was also surprised to see that this place was not very big so I’m not sure how my car could have been disregarded for so long that they claim they were blindsided a month later about the insurance situation. The cherry on top was when I spoke with the owner, Mark, before I left and he never once acknowledged the situation. Instead, all he said to me was “never take the first deal you’re offered.” Honestly, what a loser.

We used this service recently. They were so booked it took us 3 months to get into an appointment. Then once they took the truck in the owner kept bashing our truck about how it was nothing special and how ridiculous it was that we wanted the the frame checked after hitting a deer. They never answered the phone and barely called me back when we had questions. We went to pick up the truck and they still had not completed the work on the steering wheel. They then had to out source the work stating they did not do front end work. Even though they just had redone the complete front end. We then picked up the truck once they stated it was “completed” and the truck pulls to the right so hard even though they stated they completed an alignment. As well as the bumper is in even and not supported on the passenger side. I called back in to get it fixed and they never called me back, then called my insurance company I finally received a call from the shop a week and a half later. But as we let them know we were moving out of state and had a deadline. So the truck never got repaired. I called my bank to dispute the charge since they never answer the phone and they did not complete the service as they said, they then refused with bank and still will not return my calls. Terrible customer service. And my truck is still not fixed. The prices are also seemed very high. If our truck was such a “simple” truck and “nothing special” shouldn’t it be an easy fix?? I would take your vehicle somewhere else where they will actually complete the service and do safe work.Services: Air conditioning
