The staff were friendly. There was much clothing to offer for women mostly. Limited men's selection and nothing for children or teens. A few soaps and candles to choose from. Variety limited.

What is wonderful about Casual House is Chris, the owner. She has a great eye for style and is so helpful. I'm a little high maintenance but she's always there to help find things for me to try. This is a great little gem in Oak Harbor and I highly suggest you shop here if you value a good look for yourself.

I’ve shopped in this store for DECADES - I have never had anything but a wonderful experience! The clothes are QUALITY (these are brands you would find in Nordstroms and other high end stores) they are not overpriced and if anything I’ve always saved money by purchasing locally in my small town. They are always willing to try to order clothes in if they don’t have your size, have wonderful trunk shows, and the customer service is always on point!

I’ve been here a couple times and never had a pleasant experience. Customer service seems unhappy that you’re shopping, unwilling to assist, and clothing is overpriced. Products are poor quality, and I will not be going back.

I have some clothing from here. All of my clothing is very high quality and lasts!!! I’m actually wearing one of the tops right now. These clothes are fantastic and Chris is the best!!

I was over in Oak Harbor for the weekend. I went to the Casual House just to look around. I wasn't planning on buying anything at all. I was greeted by Paula she helped me out a lot. I tried on a few shoes, unfortunately they didn't fit well. While I was trying on the articles of clothing Paula assisted me further by asked if I needed to try on other sizes for any items that did not fit. I managed to find a cute red dress in the 75% off section, and a black cami at regular price. Paula was very kind, helpful, and very sociably. I recommend this place 100%.

Cute, local women's clothing store in the heart of Oak Harbor's downtown. With a wide range of stylish women's clothing that suits everyone from teens to grandmothers, The Casual House is an oasis in the fashion desert of Oak Harbor. You'll find helpful, attentive staff, and a everything from cute shoes (at reasonable prices for good quality) to party dresses. Fashion-forward designer jeans, and more moderately day-to-day jeans. Socks, cute undies (between 8 and $20 a pair), cute tops (between $22 and $90), bras.... Everything! Brands like Mac & Jac, Kenzie, David Khan, Soft, BCBG Girls, Foxcroft, others. Comparing prices from what I'm used to in Seattle, they're pretty reasonable, with a good sale section. I asked the staff how long they'd been around (a lot of the place looked really modern) and they kinda laughed; apparently, they've been around for nearly 50 years and are a family business. I know it sounds strange, but it made finding that really cute bracelet even more special.
