I had the crew at Better Off Road deal with a number of things on my 2013 F150, and they were easy to work with and did good work.Initially I brought my truck in for routine maintenance of cooling system and troubleshooting a random noise I couldn't figure out. They were able to find the issue (a parking brake cable that had stretched and was starting to rub due to my oversized tires), replace it to fix it temporarily, and advise on how to fix permanently.I also brought the truck back in to have a big brake kit I had purchased but never had time to install, some fender flares, and other misc small work. They did a great job with all of it, and had no issues scheduling a follow up to address a minor concern I had that turned out to be nothing.I wish I could find a Ford factory service shop this good.

I would give five start as the Customer service is awesome IF you are in the shop. However, they don't answer the phone, the voice mailbox is full and I have sent an email a few times with no response. So four stars.I had them install lockers in the back of my Jeep today which went well. BUT, I need to reschedule my appt for two weeks out and can't get in touch with anyone and I don't want to drive 45 minutes to get there to reschedule (they would be gone by the time I arrived (it's 4:23pm).I'm hoping that they will respond to this review and call me back - you have my phone number gentlemen.

I used this shop to get my 6" lift and 37s onto a ram 1500. The results have been immaculate and their quality of w9rk is outstanding. I had a minor emergency a few miles away and they showed up on the spot to correct the issue and make everything right, taking care of me every single step of the way. I'll be coming back as long as I live here to have them working on my truck.Service: Steering & suspension repair

They are AMAZING!I have a 2006 Dodge Stratus, it is cursed with bad engineering and has made it past 200,000 miles, suffice to say it’s a fight to keep it alive. When my transmission went out they got me a new one at a fair price and replaced it on my schedule; but things didn’t go so easily for them, the curse struck and they had to fight it for a little longer than they planned, they did get it fixed though and didn’t charge me any extra for the time.Without them I’d have probably not been able to get it back up and running, and most likely spent a ton of money trying.They are nice, fair, and great at their jobs, I have no complaints. I highly recommend them!

Took my truck to better off road for an intercooler and engine replacement due to road damageJason and his crew replaced my 6.4 in my 2008 F250 Super Duty. This was a major endeavor requiring the cab to be removed.Sourcing parts with the current situation proved to be a daunting task but they stayed the course and got my bread winner up and running.The follow through and attention to detail were amazing and now my 4x4 runs like a champ.These guys are the best when it comes to heavy duty diesel truck work.

The team at BOR is a great group. They put on an aftermarket bumper and winch including the brake system for towing behind our motorhome. Even though this was a process they stuck with it until everything got figured out and worked great. You guys rock.

Brought in my truck for oil and transmission fluid/filter change. Also was told that valves cover gaskets needed replacing. Very slow oil leak before repair. oil leak worse and hydraulic fluid leak after repair. they added too much transmission fluid and over 2/3 of the pan bolts were loose and no where near to torque. Also to get to the driver side valve cover you have to remove some items. Those too were bolted back on loosely and some of the bolts were barley holding on. Spent $3400 total and now I am in Wyoming and my trip is severely delayed because it is in a garage getting all the work fixed again. I heard a great deal of good reviews about this place, but the proffesional work didn’t seem to come my way.Services: Brakes

My vehicle challenges were originally diagnosed through a dealership and I was quoted almost $6,000. I went to Better Off Road for a 2nd opinion and was told that the overall work I was actually needing shouldn't be much more than $2,000. I scheduled the appointment for the repairs and once done, I couldn't believe the difference in performance. I feel so grateful, happy and excited to have found Better Off Road. I was in good hands from start to finish. Josette and Michael helped me in the office and they were above and beyond with their level of customer service, friendliness and overall genuine care. I got the honor of meeting Jason when I picked up my car and the genuineness was felt with him as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you Better Off Road.
