ampm is my favorite convenience store in Oak Harbor. But the gas at Arco is more expensive than some other places, so I usually come only for the convenience store. ampm actually sells hot food that doesn't actually take like crap, like they even have a kitchen in the back. Try the 3 pack peanut butter cookies, they're the best non-homemade peanut butter cookies I've have. They have no reason to be this delicious, but I'm not complaining. But my favorite part by far is the rewards program on the app, it's great, just get the ampm app and you get so much free stuff. Also for every dollar spent you get a "scratcher" on the app, so you can win free drinks and snacks and things. They also have 89¢ large fountain sodas, so with tax it's still under a dollar. Never get the bottled soda at gas stations, they're smaller and more expensive, this is at all convenience stores, not just ampm.

Has gas, but the lady working at 9pm on Saturday June 10th had some of the worst customer service and gave me so much sass just for asking how much my snacks were going to be before I told her how much gas I wanted at a pump.Seemed really pleased with herself to be rude for no reason other than I was in her store asking a simple question.When I didn't want the rest of my change on the pump she scoffed at me and looked at me like I was stupid.Genuinely considering never showing up again based solely on her. What a waste as it's the closest gas station to my house.Hopefully a public review with the time and date will have someone who actually cares look into her behavior, as it's obvious she doesn't care for her customers or her job.Will definitely be paying at the pump if I do decide to come back so I can avoid some random woman treating me like trash for no good reason. I recommend you do the same and just get your snacks elsewhere.

Lady with gray hair yelled at me from across the store and embarrassed me for mis reading a sign. I'll never do business here again she made me feel so bad.

Had a bad incident with an employee in here, then I tried to talk about it with another employee, and she told me to leave and called the police! Melissa was beyond unhelpful, and always has such an attitude, just a miserable person on a daily basis even if you come in with a smile she is just miserable. I've been shopping here for years, for convenience, but I'll never be back. Their gas has always been known to be the worst anyways.

The little Spanish lady in there needs an attitude adjustment if I was the manager I would have fired her a long time ago and I'm not the only one terrible employee even worse customer service the absolute worst won't be going back there til she is fired

Awful customer service. My parents went in to cash out some scratch 6 the lady who was working this evening who was on the shorter side side with long brownish hair for whatever reason was clearly visable upset about having to assist them with these tickets. When I say she was visable upset I mean she was slamming items on the counter and continued to give them an attitude the entire time that they were there. She better be glad that I wasn't there to see her treat them like this. Whether she was having a bad day or not there is no excuse for behaving this way for DOING YOUR JOB. She should without a doubt be removed from this position immediately.

I went in today for fountain drinks. The cup holder broke and all my drinks spilled. The ladies working laughed at me, then proceeded to tell me to lose the attitude as I threw away the cups. As I was refilling the drinks they then told me I was being too aggressive with the ice machine as if I have control of how it comes out of the machine, and told me I wasnt welcome back. They are never nice when I come in which I dont really care about, but to humiliate and laugh at a customer to their face like that is absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous.
