Monica has terrible phone etiquette, company only wants your money. NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY! I called Sep 13th to let them know I would be moving out. Told Kate I might not make by the 30th exactly because I’m on detachment. We talked about it and everything was fine. Monica called me Sep 29th screaming on the phone because I’m Active duty and explained I wasn’t going to make it out by the 1st but would be there there no later than the 3rd. Told me I just expect to be in a unit for free? My unit has been empty since August but I had to leave and couldn’t do proper check out procedures. I never fought her on paying any money and I definitely don’t expect anything in life for free. She continued to scream at me. They will watch everything you do in your unit on the cameras. She watched when I had a friend use my code in and out to resolve the late move out issue. Even included in her email to me that my friend took pictures of the inside of the unit (to send to me). Overall extremely rude and would not recommend at all.

Jan 26. I needed to take care of some things and I went there this afternoon. The staff member (my memory is not the best) I believe her name is Lori, was exceptional. It became apparent that it was something that was probably going to have to be resolved the next day. Even then Lori went out of her way and took the time just in case it could be resolved this afternoon. I really appreciate her effort. Thank you again

The staff there has always treated me well. Today I needed assistance and the staff member put in the time and effort to help. I went there this afternoon and I believe her name is Lori (my memory is a bit messed up so hopefully I got it right). I have been there a few times and always had a good experience. thank you again

Needed a storage unit, got added to the call list. Got a call back as soon as a unit became available. They don't do courtesy calls for missed payments, but when I forgot my first one they gave me a call and were pleasant about my mistake!

The lady I spoke with was so incredibly rude and nasty to me on the phone when I was requesting information. There are plenty of storage places to choose from and I will always choose to do business with people who respect their customers and sadly, this is not the place. Shame on that lady who answers the phones.
