They don't answer the phone..... I understand it's busy, but I am not calling to ask you if you have peanuts or beer... So when I show up, and you won't go look to see if someone dropped off a set of keys.... What a great place ???

Greg is the worst owner pays his employees as little as possible and expects you to do 6 peoples job and the employees are rude and grumpy and the food isn’t fresh and most things they are out of 97% time

I would give 711 a negative five stars if I could. I am so sick of 711's card reader not working. I have witnessed this at least a dozen times. I've had their employees tell me multiple times it's been going on for months. Whoever owns 711 here in Oak Harbor needs to stop being a cheep a$$ and get some new readers. At this point I am just going to go to AM/PM.

It's a 7 eleven so it has what you need but don't expect great things. Always has the stuff I need but some employees are so rude and unprofessional. Especially some grown people. Always card machines never work. Put some money in your business for new machines. It is excruciating checking out during peak hours.

the people who work there are generally great and the store is very clean. The only reason they are getting 3 stars and not 5 is because of the horrible card reading machines that they use that check out. It takes the convenience out of the convenience store experience. Costumers have to insert chip 3 times just for the machine to kick it back and then you have to use the magstrip

Well 3rd time going to get chips and cheese&jalopnes. They had chips but cheese was empty and no jalopnes as. Well. The person behind the counter just no we don't have a new bag to put in.Will not be going here anymore!!!!!!!Would have purchased more but no cheese for the chips no sales.
