Our little family is forever grateful to this company and for Dallas! We were traveling through from out of State, and our leaf spring pin our fifth wheel broke leaving us on the shoulder of the highway for hours unfamiliar with the area. It was a Saturday and most places were closed and the ones that weren’t could not come out and help us. We became discouraged very quickly after 8 hours and not even the Highway Patrol came after calling it in. Lo and behold 8:30 PM on a cold dark evening Dallas came to the rescue! He knew exactly what to do to get us off the road safely. Dallas, you have no idea how much of a hero you were to us. We continually sing your praises! Thank you for showing up for us in a time of crisis!

I recently had my car towed by Todd’s Towing and Repair after an accident, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service! From the moment they arrived at the scene, the driver was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. They handled everything with care and made a stressful situation much easier to manage.
The tow truck arrived quickly, and the driver was knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to explain the process and ensure my car was safely secured. They even went above and beyond to help me with the next steps after the accident by giving me a ride off the freeway.
If you’re in the North Bend area and need towing or repair services, I highly recommend Todd’s Towing and Repair. They truly deliver outstanding service when you need it most!

kind and helpful staff. i was going to have my car towed much further but they suggested a closer place which kept me within the AAA range and I didn’t have to pay anything. thank you!

Tanner came to our rescue when our car decided to break down. We had 3 other tow companies either bail on us or charge ridiculous amounts. If you are stranded on the pass, call these guys!

2000 miles from home we broke down an hour from our final destination. Triple A left us sitting in 100 degree weather for 2 1/2 hours in an unsafe location. I said enough is enough and called Todds. They not only showed up in 15 minutes but also arranged for triple A to pay them so we didn’t have to pay and get reimbursed. They went above and beyond with extraordinary customer service.

I totaled my car on I-90 the owners son was in a tow truck behind me. He brought the person's car I hit and mine out of harm's way and then called in to have another person from the shop retrieve my car. This is a family owned business and they are simply amazing. Thank you for you for going above and beyond.
