Mom found 2 pairs of shoes! I had to get them myself, the staff offered no help. Mom said she was glad she would never have to go back there again. She's 83yrs. old so, these should be her last shoes she'll need. Need more colors in the wide sizes.

I went shopping in this store this morning. The cashier was an elderly woman who did not welcome me when I walked in and spoke in a nasty and arrogant tone during service and checkout. I didn't feel the respect I deserved as a customer and felt bad. If you want to have a good time shopping, definitely avoid this store.
Even if you buy the first one, the second one is half price. The price of shoes has also increased a lot compared to a few years ago. If you are looking for good quality shoes at an affordable price, this is not the store for you.
This is the worst shopping experience I have had in Washington in several years, and I want to give it zero stars. But it looks like the program doesn't support zero stars, so I gave it one star.

The prices were decent. However, the customer service wasn't great. It felt rushed and, in a way, as if I was getting pushed out.I'm a big Skechers fan and hope they can work on that.

Horrible customer service, unprofessional and rude staff, and many sizes not in stock. We picked up two pairs, but after hearing the laughs from the associates for a question, left it and walked out. Stay away from this location!

The employees in the store are amazing! People keep giving them a hard time about sales on certain types of shoes, and it is not their fault! They were super helpful and caring and kind! Be nice to them?

We had a terrible experience with the store person named Angie. She was rude to an Asian family that had questions before us telling her colleague that they are taking a while as they haven’t made up their mind.She was hesitant to check if something that was not available at the store was available online, and Made us wait for another 15 mins.In the end at the billing, Angie rudely threw off the sandals saying we tried it without socks- aren’t sandals worn without socks? If it was a policy please write it down that sandals also have to be tried wearing socks.Not only is this behavior unprofessional but disrespectful and insensitive.And we hope action can be taken to clarify and ensure that she communicates professionally when at work than swing on personal emotions that can be insensitive and rude. I am sure we will never prefer going to the Sketchers store again. And hope that more customers do not experience this rude behavior and pathetic experience.
