“To the 2 girls working the counter today who asked me to wear a mask when I walked in, wake up. Now to DeeDee. I lost my wallet a few weeks ago and it was returned to carters. Seems no one younger wanted to do anything about it. Even thought my business cards and number were the first thing in my wallet. DeeDee was not ok with that and was wondering why no one reached out to me. We she just reached out to me personally and ended weeks of stress. I won’t wear a mask, but I’ll come in there and buy my niece anything she wants and all of the cute little girl dresses and pink things because of DeeDee going the extra mile. Lifelong Carter and DeeDee fan!”
“The store was clean and well stocked. We walked in looking for shoes and staff were friendly and had quick service. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot and can explore more with the surrounding shops. If in the area would recommend stopping by.”

On my last visit the store employee took the time to call 3 stores (in different states) to find and order the exact shoe/style I was lookingand have them shipped directly to me.”
