I have had good experiences with all but one employee. One male pharmacist literally lied to me over the phone saying he did not see my medication as being prescribed to me. I told him I was looking at it on the QFC app, then he told me “it’ll be ready in 15 mins” and hung up. I don’t necessarily need good customer service from a pharmacist, but a little kindness and professionalism would be appreciated.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When there was an issue picking up my medicine I was told by the pharmacist that it wasn’t ready for pickup (when I was told it was). When I asked for further answers she told me to try coping mechanisms instead of helping me to get my medication for my chronic mental condition that she knew nothing about. I left sobbing, embarrassed and humiliated. Go somewhere you’ll be treated like a human.

Don't even bother making an appointment at the pharmacy.I've been waiting with my two VERY anxious children to get their RSV vaccination for 35 minutes so far (yes, STILL waiting while I write this) and all they've told me is to "wander around for a bit" and then to "wait for the pharmacist" while they serve people that were in line AFTER I was.Paperwork was not ready, vaccines weren't ready (again; I booked APPOINTMENTS for this) and absolutely no concern or apologies have been made for their incompetence.Zero compassion. Absolutely unprofessional.

I don’t understand why the stock is consistently so poor at the store. The staff is very nice and the pharmacy has always been excellent. I wish I could rate the deli but it seems they rarely have staff. If I come in at 5:30, they’ve closed at 5 because of low staff. Today I get there at 2:07 and they closed at two.

We stopped here for fuel. It's easy access of the interstate. Never been through the area except at 70mph. Such a nice little town and the market was great. So many options inside for snacks, drinks and food. Large area for alcohol is available too. Love one dat to come back and visit the casino and stay there. If you need to use the toilet the door code is posted at the front counter.

When it comes to grocery stores in North Bend, you currently have the choice between Safeway and QFC. This QFC is a lot smaller than the Safeway, and the store feels a bit cramped. QFC has two self checkout stations by both entrances, but there are times when just one self checkout station is open, and long lines form in the aisles. The cashier assisted checkout can be slow as well.Food is generally in stock, and I've even been able to shop there during a power outage. Their cashier stations are working, but you cannot purchase anything that requires refrigeration. This may be helpful to know when North Bend has a power outage.

Prescription was called in three hours before I arrived and it was not ready. I went grocery shopping and returned 45 minutes later to give extra time for an obviously short-staffed pharmacy. The pharmacist asked me if I could skip my medication and come back another day. When I told her no, she said it would be an additional twenty minutes, and I proceeded to wait 52 minutes right in front of the window. I spent one hour and forty five minutes at QFC total because the women running the front window was unprofessional and disrespectful to my time. She took advantage of my being polite and has earned this review. I genuinely can't understand how somebody who studied pharma could suggest skipping medication. My groceries melted and my back is now in intense pain from the insane time I spent waiting.

I love my home qfc, but today we ordered our first custom cake in 31 years (we have a love of Costco sheet cake) but I was beyond e static as were our guests. It was so easy great price and incredible tasting as well as looking. The bakery has done nothing but improve over the years! No more frosting sticking to your mouth it was just incredible! We chose chocolate cake with vanilla frosting

Yesterday my husband and I stopped at the QFC in North Bend, on our way to Seattle. We had never been to that grocery store before. We were struggling to find some items on our list and were greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee Gale she helped us find everything we needed, and made our experience stress free. It is always so nice when an employee goes out of their way to ensure that their customers have a great shopping experience Thank You so much Gale

Stopped by several times while in town and enjoyed the plenty of food and local beer choices available and the friendly service we received. The staff member at the deli counter was very helpful as well when we were building a meal-box to ensure we got the most bang for our buck

I went to QFC in search of Champagne and Space Dust IPA. When I entered the establishment, I had no idea which bottle of champagne to buy. Within seconds of me being there a worker could tell that I was having trouble and pointed me in the right direction. Not only did she help me find what I was looking for but also gave me the best customer service experience I had ever had in a grocery store setting. When I was checking out in the self-service station the scanner had trouble with my ID ( I am from NY so understandable) The lady running the station helped me and got me on my way very quick. Overall the service I received was fanominal and I will be returning to this store anytime I'm in North Bend.

Normal grocery store, lots of produce choices, good signs for the aisles. Self-checkout is fast, okay prices, good sales for weekly ad items.

What has happened to this store? I've been out of town for several months and it just looks bad. The vegetable department is understocked and the floors are filthy!!! Don't go after 5pm the shelves are really getting bare. It used to be a favorite, not so much anymore. I hope it turns around

Me and my friends came to this QFC after a day of hiking and it provided EVERYTHING we needed to replenish our bodies. See, it all started when our rental van got stuck in snow on the road to the trail. We had NO CHANCE of getting out by ourselves, as we were ill prepared but a really nice man named Brian helped us get out with his truck! Only thing was HE GOT STUCK helping us! So we then had to try to pull him out with our van hahah! Anyway, 2.5 hours later we are finally hiking, which we were SOO excited to do as we are visiting from the elevation-deprived land of Michigan. WE LOVE SEATTLE! Point of the story is we came to this QFC in real need of quality grocieries and they delivered! Very nice folks at the deli and checkout lane. Would and will shop again.
